Why can't we "View cookies" menu have a button in the new drop on FF29?

I see that the new Firefox 29 has a dropdown menu in the upper right, with the different symbols of shortcut. One of them is 'preferences', but I would like to do that to be have an even shorter shortcut for "show cookies", instead of having it buried in a few clicks as in older versions of FF.

  1. Cookie Manager button install and restart Firefox, if prompted.

  2. Make a right click (or Ctrl + click) a box empty tab bar and choose Customize.
  3. Drag the Cookies button from the palette on the Panel of the menu on the right.
