I am trying to subscribe to creative cloud but I can't change my country, in fact I'm living in france but in the payment page there is always the Turkey anything else. any solution?

ABO of photography can't change my country

Today, my trial of lightroom CC will take end. I tried to buy the monthly photography CC.
When I enter my address details I can't change my country (Germany) in the menu dropdown.
Only five countries are available. Please see the attached screenshot.
What can I do to fix this?

I have my photos in the F drive an external drive. LR5 records my photos in the partitioned hard drive, D drive in my computer. Why I can't change the dafault in LR5 player?
When I 'import' a RAW/DNG file, the file gets automatically saved the item COPIED in my D drive under "My pictures" folder This info is available on the left panel. Instead, I want the file to go in my F drive which is my external hard drive.

The country store & the Adobe ID, payment details must be same.
For tax reasons, it is not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID. To work around the problem, you can create a new Adobe ID to the e-mail address associated with your existing Adobe ID see the link for instructions:

Just to add to the response of cor - el, in my case (identical) was specifically the complement DivX HiQ, worm 2.1.0.900. As soon as I turned it off, the tabs started to behave normally again.
