• I can't get Firefox on my MacBookPro, my user profile is not available. Help!

  I got a message at the bottom of my screen telling me that my navigation could be faster if I "refreshed" Firefox, so I refreshed. I lost my favorites and a few other things (I forgot it would happen) and the thought restart my MacBookPro could receive a "restart". When it was time for Firefox restart, it said that I had two profiles, so I chose one of them... apparently not the right one. Firefox wouldn't load or install, and now I don't have it at all. I tried to uninstall Firefox (moving icons to the trash) and all over again with a brand new installation, as a new customer, but... now it says my user profile is not accessible and cannot be found. I dug this file to the trash and put it back on the desktop, but apparently it does not either. I don't know what to do. I NEED Firefox for my browser, even if I didn't have a bookmarks etc. I can redo those, find a new etc. I don't like using Safari, I miss my Firefox like crazy. ANY help or advice on how I can get back Firefox would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Katy

  You must locate the profiles.ini file or use the Profile Manager to create a new profile.

  This question is open, but I'm at a loss at this moment to find this behavior.

  I can't seem to delete some pages using the method. remove(). Why would it be? I can go to a deletion of the page that if I select all the content and delete them, then select all of the new content and delete them if this gives clues.

  I guess that some hidden files which are to restore and manage your files can be displayed and if this is the case you should not detect them, that's why Windows won't let you delete them.

• Why I can't get any speed of Thunderbolt 2

  I just got 4 ThunderBay OWC and installed an OCZ TRION 100 480 GB SSD inside. I plugged on the iMac 27-inch Retina.

  I don't want to use RAID, I just conect bunch of SSDS via quick link to my iMac.

  Here are the specs:

  • Thunderbolt 2 speed is up to 20 GB/s
  • OCZ TRION 100 480 GB SSD read/write speed is 500 MB/s

  I expect to see around 500 MB/s performance, because the slower component is SSD, but when I run benchmarks I see on 125 MB/s write and 320 MB/s reading speed.

  Does anyone have an idea why ThunderBay 4 these poor performance?

  p.s. I contacted support, but they are useless - all they suggested is to buy the SoftRAID(4) software for $175, another...

  Found the solution. It's an add-on: uTorrentControl3 by conduit. I've disabled to check and uninstalled then when I saw it was the question.

  Hello RGOctavian, this is probably due to the recent update of the plugin to version 11.3 adobe flash. It has caused similar problems for many other users.
  You can try to remove flash 11.3 of the section of the configuration/program windows downgrade to an earlier version & Control Panel, until adobe fixes these problems.
