• Why is - download incompatible with 2 different Windows machines?

  I tried to download the trial of Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium in both machines.  Both give error 101.

  Machine 1: E235f of HP with AMD Phenom II X 6 1035 processor t with 8 GB of RAM, operating system 64 - bit OS: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 with 760 GB of free space

  Machine 2: Dell Latitude E6500 with Intel 2 Duo CPU P8600 with 3.45 GB RAM OS: Windows XP Professional version 2002 Service Pack 3, 60 GB of free space

  These newer machines must be compatible and have sufficient free space on the disk, and even installation fails.

  101 error is reported if the extraction fails. Trial software is downloaded in files compressed as you check out so that the installer can work. Not enough space on the destination drive may lead to extraction.

  1. Check your hard drive to ensure that there is sufficient space for the download and extraction.
  2. If necessary, remove programs and files to create enough disk space available for the download and extraction.
  3. Exit Adobe Download Wizard and then restart it. The extraction process starts automatically.

  Greetings!

  I am trying to download a video of pictures on Facebook.  When I do that, I get the screen post as expected, but it contains the error: "data could not be read because it is not in the correct format.".  If I click on 'Post', it tries to download it as a .img file that never actually happens.  It just sits there forever spinning its wheels.

  The only thing I could think to try going in preferences Internet accounts and delete the Facebook account and reinstall. No go.

  Anyone have any ideas?

  There is no automatic expiry of sent files coming. If you want to prevent to be downloaded, you can cancel them at any time.

  All files uploaded to our servers * are * virus research. I don't know why we are is no longer displayed the message while scanning is in progress. I can ask the team if you want me to.
