  A few days ago, I backed up my iPhone 6 before heading to Verizon to update the iPhone 7 (128 GB). At this point, all my photos are in normal chronological order. Once I got the new phone, I plugged into my MacBook and put in place since the last backup, and my photos were so totally out of order and in all directions in my camera roll.

  Any way to put them in order? I tried to reset my phone and restore. Both without success.

  The most likely cause of this problem is that the songs have not been downloaded or transferred to iTunes for your 5s.

  I plug your 5s and then click synchronization; If it asks you if you want to transfer purchases, click Yes.

  Now when you plug your 6s, all content must be iTunes, and all you have to do is again sync. (This is all assuming that the sync settings are identical between the 5 and 6 s) I mean, that is, if you told iTunes to add 77 albums to 5s, but then changed the settings to download just 35 albums, it will only add 35 albums for the new iPhone.

  When you plugged the iPhone 6, what you did to restore from a backup of 5 s iPhone? If you did, the devices should reflect an old as your restore point and the other as long as you have a current backup and do not use.

  It is a Windows XP forum... you are using WIndows XP?

  I don't know what you call Windows Media Photo Viewer.

  In Windows XP's default Photo Viewer is Windows Picture
  and Fax Viewer... and it has options of printing photos.

  Try right click on a thumbnail of the photo or the name of the file and see if you
  can choose... Open with / Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
  The print icon located at the bottom of the screen...

  In addition, when you have a photo displayed in the Windows image and
  Fax Viewer... you can type... CTRL + P to print the Photo
  Assistant.

  Also, if you right click on a photo thumbnail or file name of the menu
  should include a print option.

  What is the eversion of Mac OS X on your Mac? The latest version of iTunes is 12.3.2. You need to update your OS X to download the latest version of iTunes.

  If you want to submit feedback about this requirement, you can do so by using the feedback option in the application.

  3. Select settings
  4. Select your comments
  5. Select a return option and enter your comment/suggestion in the comment box

  Sounds like a question of verification on any market that you have bought PS Touch. Have you tried contacting Google and Apple to see what they say?
