  I don't think that there is no easy way to do it.

  Alternatives can be:

  • Maybe insert the data required in the document source (before printing), using features (such as headers/trailers) supporrted by application of document source (for example, Word); drawbacks to this are not all applications supporting these inserts and (once inserted) what happens if the source document is copied to another work station?

  I have a dynamic form with several content areas that are hidden until some options are checked. When you open the form, it is 1 page long, but can easily spread to 3 pages or more after the fields are filled. I want to be able to have the content placed at the bottom of each page, such as a customer name. I tried the trailer of overflow of pagination (I figured out must be a subform that trails) but the problem I have is that instead of placing at the bottom of the page, it places the field right under the last subform that fits on the page. Sometimes this subform will be a couple of inches to the top of the page because the following subform will be 4 inches in height. I just want content as on the bottom of each page.   You can set the fields of the Master Page that you want to display on each page.

  You can adjust the content area in the Master pages or on the fields at the bottom of the page so that the data will be always displayed at the bottom.

  If you want to convert Word files to PDF with the Adobe Reader application then it is possible with the service Pack of PDF. Try to use the service on the web: https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf

  One possible cause is security software (firewall, antivirus) that prevents or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

  Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

This happens even when I drag the bookmarks of my bookmark bar! My guess is that something is blocked in Tor allowing no shortcuts settings. Any suggestions on where the parameters of the shortcuts are in Firefox?

  Fred, all other modules worked well. I contacted the people of Tor, and they were unsure of what's going on. I've pasted their response below, but the short answer is that they have me just save shortcuts manually from the office whenever the Tor Button is active. Thanks for your help, you've been great!

  Your license for the 4.4 release will not work with version 5.7, you can download it without doubt, but if you do not have version 5.7 download then it won't do much good.  If you do not have a license for it so you won't be able to use it beyond use of the trial.
