  When you say that web forms, do you mean HTML forms or PDF forms? For web forms, Adobe has a number of products, you can use, including FormsCentral and Dreamweaver. For PDF forms, you can create them with Acrobat.

  If you want to create HTML forms with FormsCentral, which calls the web forms, you will need a subscription for the FormsCentral service. The FormsCentral application that comes with 11 Acrobat is used to create local PDF forms, but if you want to create web forms with him you will need a subscription. Note that there is a free subscription, but it is quite limited.

  There is no available free tool to rotate the documents. To rotate Adobe Acrobat DC documents, you will need a subscription to Acrobat Pro DC. The subscription entitles you to tool pages organize on Android, pages organize and edit PDF tool on iOS as well as Acrobat PRo DC on alongwith desktop software and web all of the individual services.

  Capture is available for Android, but not every single device and requires Android 4.4 and above. Have you checked GooglePlay to check if your device is compatible?

  Speedtest.NET works very well on my S5 Galaxy runs Android 4.4.2 (I don't have a Galaxy S4) on Firefox (release) 30 and 31 of Firefox (beta).

  Please try:
  1. try to reinstall flash

  2. try to disable the other modules you may have

  If this does not help, you may have a bug. If you are technical please fill in a bug at bugzilla.org

  There is no more Flash Player for Android and there will be another. Android is no longer compatible with Flash Player. Flash content playback is very non-rational processor and it drains your battery, also shorten the life of it. Android (Google) recommended "The Dolphin" or "Puffin" as your browser if you need to display Flash content with a motive under Android. They are both free in the GooglePlay store. These browsers use the rendering of the 'server-side' to reduce the load on the device.

  The ability to print the form data only exist in Acrobat Professional and Acrobat Standard. To purchase the full product provides more bang for the buck.
