  Hi 1hausi, no, they do not have. However, I opened the other files of MUSE and they work well.

  Clear the memory cache of your browser or try another browser. There seems to be a problem with Chrome if you have some installed Chrome browser extensions.

  After reading some of the other threads, I tried to validate all my fonts and deletion of a question, without success. I do not know how to verify permissions, or how to search for and delete the folder settings, which is what has suggested another thread.  I'm at a total loss about how to fix this problem, and I'm unable to save Illustrator files in any capacity. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  The problem seems to be in interaction with the apple code. Have you tried with a new user account and see if it works there? If this isn't the case, then you could try to uninstall, run the cleanup tool and reinstall CS5 and then update to 15.0.2 before anything else.

  It seems that the location where you want to save this image does not have full write access.

  Make sure the save location has full read and write access or try to save it somewhere else.

  I assume you are using the Save in format PDF Adobe Acrobat CC feature.

  If this is the case, the problem is in the code of Microsoft for which an update was issued the week last by Microsoft. Update your Office 365 and the problem should go away.

  PS will be only savePSD files up to 2 GB. You need to save in the form of a BODY.
