• "Reload" disappeared from the drop-down 'View' - ask again

  Cannot find my question already asked, posted on the forum so I ask again: "Reload" option has disappeared from the menu 'view' drop-down in the navigation bar. I tried all of the following characteristics, as was suggested by a contributor:

  Reboot with disabled modules
  Reboot with option "Reset".
  Disabling hardware acceleration
  Completing all the troubleshooting modules & extensions Protocol

  Nothing has restored the option "Reload". The Add-ons Manager tells me there is no extensions installed, so there is nothing that I can follow to troubleshoot it.

  What can I do else? If nothing, I switch to Safari to the default browser. Won't I like Firefox, but I use "Reload" a LOT and this situation is not sustainable for me.

  There was a new version of Windows Live Mail that came on the back in April that caused some people (including yours truly) problems.  The solution is to save your email and contacts, uninstall Windows Live Mail, and then download and install again.  You can export your emails and contacts to CSV format and you can download Windows Live Mail from

  If you use the PS CS6 13.1.2 version so you are up-to-date with the latest Photoshop CS6 update - http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2011/03/keeping-photoshop-up-to-date.html

  Update the main other that he might have been was the Camera Raw update, it is possible that also downloaded and installed.
