  I have a Gmail address that OS X Mail pulls on IMAP. It also goes to my iPhone, another Mac at home and an iPad.

  There is a personal email dress that no matter what I do, Mail it appears in the junk e-mail folder.

  I understand a specific e-mail address is marked as spam and placed in the corresponding folder.  You disappeared for most of the troubleshooting steps I could recommend.  However, let's start by making sure that the junk e-mail rules are defined to exempt this sender.  I would also see if the headers of spam trust in the messages option is enabled.  Alternatively, you can try to disable the mail as a criterion for filtering undesirable option.

  Check your junk e-mail settings in the Spam Mail Preferences pane, and any other rules that might have created to manage junk e-mail and make the necessary changes.

  It's weird: something changed recently - right at the beginning of the 2016 - with respect my iCloud.com E-mail address.  There seems to be something very specific, although I do not know how some (still at the experimental stage).

  I understand your question right now is specific to you not being able to send your email to alias @icloud.com to your mother.  The resources below is a good starting point.  Make sure that your email address is not blocked for any reason any on your MOM's computer.  You can also try to remove your details from your MOM computer or peripheral, re-add the information with only the address @icloud.com.  Then, send an email to test and see if she gets.
