  UH... Yes the internet USB adapter is indeed likely your culprit, not sure how I missed that in your original post.

  Unfortunately, there are a lot of people having trouble with the USB from one version to the other, and the way that it works is moving.

  I have an e-learning of Captivate 9 I am trying to export to a PDF file.

  Question 1: The generated PDF file is opened in a browser or Adobe Acrobat DC / DC to Adobe Reader, but it appears as a blank page. However, the SWF/HTML version works very well in the clouds of SCORM.

  This could be the cause?

  Question 2: Can a PDF Captivate be downloaded on a LMS system with tracking turned on?

  If I insert an interactive widget, the slide it's not auto play.  (Everything on the timeline is suspended).  I have a clickbox to pause the slide, but without the clickbox the slide advances until the user can complete by interacting with the widget.  I did a lot of research on Google but have not found an answer.  Any ideas?

  Audio is indeed a problem in 6 on slides with interactions. My solution, I described several times, is not not to use the audio track, but to trigger the audio clip on enter the slide with the new order Play Audio. Then play the audio.

  What do you use for navigation: there is a button shape on the slide model? For the slides in the interaction, you can use a navigation button that appears immediately, indeed.

  I noticed that in Thunderbird 38 (currently using 38.0.1) the AutoComplete feature in the from: field no longer works. My preferences in "composition-> address" is located to local address book autocomplete. In the 38 versions this seemed to work perfectly. I could type in part of a name or address and I would receive a box drop-down list of possibilities. However, this no longer works. Is there something I need to do to reactivate this function? I just installed the latest version (38.0.1) in the hope that this should be corrected, but it wasn't. Is there something I can do?

  My apologies if I missed, but it is a step take almost.
  Restart Thunderbird with disabled modules (Thunderbird Safe Mode). On the Help menu, click "restart with disabled modules. If Thunderbird works as usual, there is an add-on or theme interfere with normal operations. You will need to reactivate the modules one at a time until you locate the offender.

  When I go to the center of control/Internet Options / Security I only refer to the computer and NOT the normal inputs.

  You have a Restore Point available that predates the creation of the new user account, and if so, the behavior persists it in one of the two user accounts 2 original after you restore the computer to the time?
