It makes my life as a rather hard work, to be forced to go all the way back at the end of my list after you move a tab just to have to do it again.   You cannot remove a process, you probably just stopped it.  In the Task Manager (where you have completed the process), click file | New task and in the dialog box that opens type "Explorer" and press ENTER.
