Hello
To install this update, you must have Windows Vista with Service Pack 2 installed.

Download Windows Live Essentials, Source of error: 0x8007064c: LanguageSelector64
I had been running a trial version of Windows 7 for a while, everything works fine bar the irritating pop-ups telling me Windows was not authentic (I had acquired the OS said it was authentic, but turns out just to be a trial).
Ran Windows Live Messenger very well, until a logon attempt he informed me that I had to update with the latest Windows Live Essentials download to complete. Accepted with alacrity, but the download was greeted with an error message. Went to run Messenger but all traces of it seems had disappeared from my computer. So, I have directed to the WLE site to download the latest version of Messenger, but was again met with error messages. For each error, I had I searched the internet to try to find the cause, through all the tips on various Microsoft forums, the unofficial forums, all sorts of pages. The variety of errors now seems to be reduced to just one:
Could not stable programs
Could not install these programs: Messaging, Messenger
An unknown error has occurred.
Error: 0x8007064c
Source: LanguageSelector64
This is the only error that doesn't work there doesn't seem to be advice for everywhere I looked. I invited friends, a memory error message similar source the only solution for which he found was a full computer reformat, something I would rather avoid!
Ask for advice here, as I don't know where else to run, hoping someone at Microsoft will be able to offer some as nothing else worked!
What whatsoever would be appreciated, and I'll try to provide more details as requested.

Update of Windows Live Essentials 2011 (KB2434419) beat Microsoft Office 2007
Immediately after the installation of Windows Live Essentials 2011 (KB2434419) through Windows Update on my Vista 32 system, Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate invites to enter the license key code and starts the installation. The normal template is gone/modified so that all the options of the program are returned to default original. I saw this happen at two other PC's today so I know that this isn't an isolated incident. Is asked for license key code in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. If I don't give the key code, a screen repsonds that installation has been cancelled; However, all the custom settings for the program were still missing.
In all these cases, the BONES and the Office have legitimate activated licenses is not the question.
Just noticed that Outlook lost one email account and the account settings button is broke (grey) so I can't recreate the e-mail account.

Update of Windows Live Essentials 2011 (KB2434419)
Hi eveyone. I get an update of windows Live Essentials 2011 KB2434419 update. Initially, it seemed that he had 2 files included in this update, however, lately, there has been only one file. When I click on allow and install the update, it creates a restore point, and then tries to install. When the update reached 67 to 69 percent, it indicates that a problem has been met, then it goes to uninstall itself. Now, when I go to see the updates were installed, he mentions this update has been successfully installed, but I know for sure that there is not. Can someone help with this problem? Is it possible for me to hide this update so that I no longer receive it or have it installed correctly? Im just frustrated that I see this daily update, and have attmepted to install it so many times, that I am at my wits end and don't want more. Help, please!

Windows Live Essentials 2011 (KB2434419) deleted my Adobe Reader 9 software
After the installation of Windows Live Essentials 2011 (KB2434419), my saved PDF files and PDF files from the web sites do not open. While solving this problem, I discovered that my Adobe Reader 9 software has been removed. Is this a normal occurrence with this update?
I'm not really sure of this that deleted your Adobe Reader 9 software, so just reinstall the same 100% and see if it corrects the problem.
If you want to know if, in fact, WLE deleted Adobe Reader, then post on the appropriate forum-

Problems with Windows Update for Windows Live Essentials 2011 (KB2434419)
Yesterday, I noticed that there is an update available for my Vista and Windows 7 computers. I started to perform the update. About halfway through, the update hung. I noticed a secondary window jumps to the top. Using the secondary window, I was able to complete the update.
The first update window continued to be hung. I restarted the computer. After the re-start, I have re-opened Windows Update and went to look at the history of the update.
The story says that the update failed with error code:

I tried to find a simple solution for days and nobody seems to have a very clear answer! I already rebooted my computer and run the Setup again and I meet all the requirements that Microsoft recommends and it still does not work. What prevents the program to complete the installation?
Hi PlantNerd19,
There could be several causes for this problem; I suggest you try the following steps to refine the question:
Method 1: put the computer to boot and then check if the installation of the program takes place without any problemFollow step 1 in the link below,
