When I select emails I want to remove the delete button and all the other buttons in the same row do not work. Thanx.The most simple thing to do in email. Just highlight the sections that you do not want (address headers, in your case) and press your "delete" on your keyboard.

I removed the cache, history of navigation. temporary files - this started about a week or two ago. The only thing Ive done is add google chrome. I deleted and did a restore systems. I ran virus scan, but think that there must be a virus in hotmail.
Any suggestions? I have very well to receive emails, just can't send. This isn't hotmail because I can send email fine from my daughters computer.

I get this notice when I try to send an e-mail: Windows Live Hotmail was not able to complete this application. Microsoft may contact you regarding any issue you are reporting. When I use Safari, I have no problem.
Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox > Preferences > advanced > network > storage (Cache) offline: 'clear now '.
'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:
- Firefox > Preferences > privacy > Cookies: "show the Cookies".
Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > appearance/themes).
- Makes no changes on the start safe mode window.
