  To add the data string to the default mail client key:

  5. New value #1 appears, with the selected text. Type DllPath, and then press the ENTER key.

  7. Click OK, and then quit the registry editor.

  Also make sure WinMail is default under control panel | Default programs.

  Do you remember if you wanted to do a new installation or had you partitioned your hard drive to install it in a dual boot with Vista?

  If you do not have a BONE now it sounds lik evous was the first choice that clears your current installation.

  You need to reinstall Vista from your original media to recover your system if this is the case.

  Unfortunately, if this is what you choose, you have lost all the data that was on your hard drive as well.

  Sorry to be the bearer of bad new possible.

  Check with the e-mail provider.  You have probably not all the correct settings.  It is likely to be the outgoing port number.

  I need to create a list of email addresses and my only source is an email that was sent to me.  If I type 'reply to all' I can see all the email addresses, but when I try to copy / paste into Word, the only thing that appears are the display names.  I'm sure that it was designed to stop spammers, but in my case I need to use the list to sign up people for a course that can not pass behind our corporate firewall.  Any help is appreciated!

  You left out the most important point. What email program are you using?

  If Outlook Express, click on answer at all, and then save the message without sending it to the air currents. Open projects and click on message header to select it. CTRL + F3 will display the message source, including addresses. Select the address and then copy and paste in Word.
