Without a Mozilla account, is it possible to get settings customized after a computer crash?

I am running XP on an old computer (obviously), and Windows Explorer has apparently decided he knows me most, that is, my personal profile to connect has been corrupted. Firefox doesn't know me either (does not either of my 2 email accounts, so I can not open a session). Is anyone know how can I restore my personal settings (bookmarks, etc.) in these circumstances?

Are you able to navigate in \Documents and Settings\user\App Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\?

Your profile folder is where Firefox stores your user data.
