  I'm trying to stop a child direct access to Youtube. My concern is that it must be able to watch Youtube links for the school.   The school has content on one of their pages.   If you block YouTube using the parental control, none of the links will be accessible by your child. Because he's going to block it as a whole.

  Hi Jill,

  We have reproduced the problem and was able to get the same results and check what is the cause to happen. This can be caused when you open a video in full screen using Adobe Flash external player and not part of the browser itself. - or - when video is viewed in mode full screen, it opens the external Flash Player separated from the add-on browser player and plays the video.

  Our support group will forward this concern to our product group for improvements in our future versions.

  I guess you mean Avast Grime Fighter? First of all, any sort of "PC Optimizer" is worthless and you should try to get your money, always, they eventually damage the computers and do anything beneficial that is already built into the OS of the computer.

  That being said, if Firefox does not open Google or Youtube, check and see if the date and time of your computer are set correctly. If you still have questions, please come back.

  Possible Avast is blocking Youtube and google. I strongly suggest to uninstall and use Microsoft Antivirus (Microsoft security essentials, which is actually built into windows 10 If you take advantage of the free update, otherwise you need to download and install).

  Videos YouTube played very well in the morning, but stopped playing recently on my PC and laptop at the same time. I updated Firefox to version 34.0.5 and Adobe Flash player version 16.0.0.235, but that did not fix the problem. My Google Chrome still works fine with videos of youtube.

  You have Flashblock installed 1.5.18 on Firefox. Mozilla Firefox does not completely support HTML5 for YouTube Player. Your extension is blocking Flash Player, which in turn blocks YouTube videos.

  for the internet access policy DENY wants to restrict internet access for hours and days specified. This may block ALL internet traffic to the said Annex. Web site blocking of URLS, blocking by keyword and the applications would then NOT AVAILABLE as long as the computers would have access to internet at first if you have such a policy is disabled.

  for your case, you can try to turn on the restriction of access to the internet to ALLOW then specify youtube.com under website by URL blocking. This would have internet access all the time (if you have the DAILY deadline), computers or during certain days and hours but do NOT have access to youtube.
