  N ° not for PDF viewing. Most people will consider PDFs by an Adobe Reader or browser Adobe Acrobat plugin or via web browsers that have built in PDF as Google Chrome visualizers.

  What you see on sites like the site web link you posted is a conversion of PDF to another format in a "flip book" provision, a format that does not require the site visitor to install plug-ins. Flip book would be in Flash format for desktop browsers or HTML5 browser for web and mobile devices.

• With the help of ora: view with XMLTable to query a relational table in XML

  I have a relational table called Oracle DOCTYPE with columns ID, DOCTYPE, subtype.
  When I run the following statement in Oracle SQL Developer

  I retrieve the results between the tags as expected. But when I run the following statement I get an error:
  

  SELECT * FROM XMLTable('for $i in ora:view("LAZ", "DOCTYPES")/ROW
                          return <SUBTYPE="{$i/SUBTYPE}"/>')

  LPX-00801: XQuery syntax to '=' error. I do not understand why the second statement does not work.

  I am looking for a PDF document for visitors to my website on a page that contains nothing but. Ideally, it would be an experience as dynamic as possible, with some animations-flipping of page (at least). As a virtual magazine.

  Obviously, they are not all created equal and we could go crazy to try. So if someone has already been through this and can help a guy out, much appreciated. • Looking for hope in the restoration of my iMac

  My iMac HD has failed, and I took it to Apple to get it replaced. I had a Time Machine backup on an external hard drive Seagate. But my iMac just not see the backup drive Seagate. I don't know if there is a trick to getting the Seagate HD displays. It does not show in Finder or in disk utility. But when the iMac HD was not, and I looked for ways to restore, I saw a Time Machine backup date. Now, I can not see the drive. Even though I have the music and pictures stored in iCloud, all my apps are now gone. I don't know where to start. I was a fool to trust Time Machine? This is literally disastrous for me, and I don't know where to start. What I need, is to see this backup disk somewhere BTW, I plugged on another iMac and he did not see it either. Is there some magic for Seagate HD?

  Some things you can try:

  * Open the Finder preferences (under the Finder menu, top left of your screen). Make sure that on the general tab, the boxes are ticked for hard disks and drives, to show them on your desktop. Otherwise, they won't be visible.

  * Try a new cable. The cable went wrong.

  * Open disk utility when the drive is connected. You can see on the left hand side of the disk utility? If you see an external drive, try to mount in disk utility. If you can ride, the files are available? If this isn't the case, you can run disk utility to try to fix it.

If it can find files on the disk, you can then purchase the license of their recovery software to use to recover your files from the Seagate drive.   This depends on how much storage you need.  You can spend with a HARD drive classic if you need a lot of storage up to 1 TB, or if you want you can go with an SSD of speed. You can get a HARD drive of 1 TB for what it can cost to buy a 250 GB SSD.  You can get the SSD more great but costs as much as your computer is interesting.

  If you are interested in an SSD is a good starting point: https://eshop.macsales.com/shop/ssd/owc you do not have to buy from them, but it will tell you everything that is involved with the installation of an SSD.

  For a HARD disk, I went with a Hitachi model in my MacBook.  I read reviews of web on sites like Amazon when purchasing technology (keeping in mind the people who do not have problems with a model are less likely to view only those who do and deserves to be done reading the negative comments to see if their complaint is justified), so any model will have some negative reviews.  For portable players with the ability, I wanted THAT HGST seemed to have the best odds.

  If you go for a HARD drive one other thing to consider is the rotation speed. Your old computer has a drive 5400 RPM in there. This consumes less energy and work more cost but, making it slower.  If you do not have to be also considering the battery life or temperature, you could install a 7200 RPM drive.
