• performing several tasks on an ASA

  Hi all

  I have a problem.

  I want to perform the following operations on a SAA.

  I have users who need to go to our company remotely, so I set up VPN remote access for them and it works fine.

  Now we have a customer who requires these people to access their equipment of remote diagnosis.

  This company provided us with an IP address that we should use when you are trying to reach their network so I have to NAT (PAT) our address of users IP VPN to our client's unique IP. The link to this client (IPSec) works the SAME ASA as the remote VPN users.

  so to give a brief description of what I'm trying to do - here it is again

  Remote user-interface > outdoor-> NAT / PAT-> external interface-> IPSec tunnel to the customer.

  Is this possible? I failed to configure it in a form in any way. Although I have no other ending on the SAA IPSec tunnels using not NATting and these are available for remote users - so basically my problem is with the little NAT/PAT...

  I also thought to do more 2 ASA. Check out my drawing and tell me what you think...

  (1) the same security interface routing - is not necessary (see the diagram)

  (2) policy-bases-src/dst NAT for VPN?, it will work.

  Hi all

  I am creating a task scheduled to start/stop services. the scheduled task must be run under the service account with minimal rights, as rights of the user or the user rights of maximum power.
  I created the scheduled task running under the account of service with power user rights to stop a service, but unfortunately the task was doing what it suppose to do.
  I did some troubleshooting and investigated as shown below:
  1. I used the runas command to run net stop under the service account that runs the scheduled task, the service is stopped, as it is assumed
  2. I connect to the server using the account service and disconnected (the session will be shown in the disk for the service account) and at the same time open a session to the server with a different account performed the scheduled task, the task does what it is supposed to do. (the service is stopped)
  Note: the scheduled task is set to enabled (scheduled task to run at a specified time)
  3 when I changed the rights on behalf of rights of administrator power user rights service and perform scheduled task, the task runs correctly and does what he must do.
  4. the service was set to be managed by the user with power, which means that if a user opens a session on the server and try to start/stop the service, he will be able to action and is successful.
  my questions will be as shown below:
  1. to start/stop the service via a scheduled task, the service account needs a session to be able to perform the task?
  2 must. the service account the highest privileges to perform the task?
  3. is there a way to avoid to run the scheduled task to run with minimum privileges? What kind of things need to be done.

  First, do some cleaning and analysis.  Then determine what you do/don't need.  Then more cleaning.

  Search for malware:

  Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  To set the order of computation of field, go first in forms editing mode (Tools > forms > change), then: tasks > other tasks > edit fields > set field calculation order

  I'm going to put in place a program that communicates with the six logical controllers and must read the status of the system every 100 Ms. we use OPC datasockets for this, and they appear a bit slow.

  I created a uniform method of comm. for all controllers, and now I find myself this method of programming six times to communicate with each system. I was wondering if it could be done more elegant using the parallel for loop, in which case I program an Exchange once and then six workers running simultaneously. Since a picture is clearer than a thousand words, what I'm asking is:

  I have configured the loop to create instances of the 8 to the compilation, so I would 2 surplus available when running instances if I find that I need an additional system.

  The benefits of the Show method in the second photo for me are:

  * changes need be made only once

  * less blocks, son and other things makes it clearer what is happening.

  * flexibility of the actual number of tasks running (8 available runtime instances)

  * If multiple tasks are necessary, I need only update the maximum number of instances and recompile, i.e. no cutting and pasting necessary.

  Unfortunately, I don't have these available system yet, so there is no way to test this. Yet, I would like to know if the above works as I hope - unfortunately the help of labview is not quite clear to me on that.
