  I use Acrobat X Standard to 'highlight' lines to aid of comment lines 12pt width and opacity of 50% on DWG files converted to PDF.  The opacity setting makes it legible behind the highlighting of the text and the lines, but the colors do not print.  Move the highlight behind the text and existing lines would allow me to use 100% opacity with more vibrant colors.

  Before, we have highlighted by hand, but these colors do not scan or copy well.  Highlight scanning is cleaner and can be changed without restarting.  "Comment" lines can be applied by Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro, and Acrobat Reader, so there is an advantage.  Even more important is that the average size of a print 11 x 17 which is highlighted and scanned in color is 1000 KB, while doing it in this way, they tend to be 100-150 KB, and the text remains searchable. If there is that people are using another system, I'm open to that instead.  I did not look to do the highlighting in AutoCAD.

  Of course, everything I do is protected and cannot be shared, sorry.

  I'm having a problem with Adobe Edge animation that I do for a customer - I'm pretty new on board, so this may be an easy solution!

  There is a SVG named chassis (it looks like a Brown tadpole) that disappears in the middle of the animation - and glitches then the Web page by drawing a white background that spans all...

  I put the border for transparent background so I don't know why this is happening, it happens even in "Preview in browser" option.

  Hi all

  I have a folio that I created a few Animations of edge for. My cover page is an image full screen with an edge animation that plays a few seconds after loading.

  I had a fair amount of trouble to make it work in the first place, but I was finally able to let him play perfectly when I saw using the Panel of Folio inlays on my captive iPad (yay!).

  However, whenever I am compile the application and open it on Adobe Content Viewer by itself, the animation opens but the screen flashes white and the animation plays on it. Other animations I have around my folio also suffer from the same problem:

  The only difference that I can tell, this is how I discovered the document.

  I have a white .png as my background for all animations of edge and have ensured that the "Transparent background" is checked on the Folio overlay Panel.

  Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

  I saw a suggestion elsewhere in the forum that it was exclusive to PDF articles, so I've tested this with a new JPEG article and it works perfectly.

  Very strange, but I have at least a temporary solution for now.

  Trying to figure out the best way to manage overlapping symbols that expand on rollover. Here is my example: http://beta.edgedesign.net/color_meanings/

  Row 2 will not animate because symbols are on a lower level than the symbols on line 1. Moving line 2 symbols a level above line 1 will impede the display drop-down lists of rank 1.

  I tried to animate the visibility of the text box and drop-down in the symbols Panel, but that doesn't seem to work. I also played around with a track of clipping and the size of stage symbol, but to no avail.

  Can it be solved in Edge Animation or does need to add the code?

  Hi edgedesign, first thing - I would recommend removing the spaces in your file name. It is considered bad practice to have spaces in the names of files, especially files that will live on the servers.

  Here are the fixed files. I have moved all of the functional code to Stage.compositionReady, added masquer() and show() methods and also specified the height() of the Panel to the buttons in the bottom row:
