  24 hours use on charge a battery is not bad. You have probably another unnecessary application running in the background, you are moving in and out of the area of WiFi access and the same area of the network, depending on your location, which drains your battery more quickly.

  While you use only 10 to 25 minutes, the device is on and running, regardless.

  It is recommended that you NOT drain the battery in 5-10%, but top it off when you get a chance during the day.

  I recently inserted a 16 GB microSD card in my 9000 "BOLD" and I saw that my BB begins to drain its batteries fast enough. It is are not all applications running in the background, that I make sure I have leave them correctly, and I rarely use Wifi or Bluetooth. I'm completely confused as to why it loses power so quickly.

  I don't know if you have the same problem, but what the heck.

  Go to the media-> Options-> exclude folders. I had the most about 5 GB of data in my 16 GB memory card, so I excluded almost all of my files to memory card. This reduces the consumption of the battery.

  But there is a downside to not sort files, if you access then they would be slow to respond because they have not sorted so far here. I don't know when the sorting ends, probably after 3-4 days or something more, but I didn't have the patience.

  I was just thinking about my history with applets and by far the biggest problem was the time to download, and it dawned on me that maybe CSS could speed things up. But which was only based on hope, not of fact. If you are sure it's the FMV, not the browser to treat the CSS, please say so, and I will consider my question to answer.

  I thought that I did already :-) For example, when you compress a JavaFX application you use the same code for the independents, the beginning of the web and the case of the applet. All CSS is managed inside of this code and the browser has nothing to do with it.
