Edge Reflow

I am a PSD site imported reflow and compared to my original PSD looks a mess. The header image is not displayed, text, which is all over the place etc, no idea why?Also, I'm new to this whole program, once you have produced a set of reactive versions

I can't download the Adobe Edge reflow. The file download is successful but the file is not in my creative cloud so I can't install the program. I already install the CC of Photoshop and the reflow plugin for Photoshop.
