Photoshop Mix

Hello, I recently discovered that Photoshop Mix is not compatible with OnePlus 3. It is compatible with my previous phone (Nexus 6 p), which is less powerful than my current phone. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to be able to use it. A

I don't want all my projects being backed up and stored on the cloud. I should be able to decide what projects and the images are saved without having to worry about which is automatically saved. Can I turn off the backup feature?
