10 windows in fullscreen on desktop Player 12

I installed win7 on WSP12 and they go full screen without problem.

I upgraded one of the install Win7 to Win10, and when it is finished, the Office does not extend to size full screen when I click the icon full screen on the menu bar of WSPS at the top. I tried to play with the resolution settings in Win10 and manual setting resolutions to the WSP for this virtual machine, but no joy so far.

How mode full screen (with the set of the Office fill the screen) with Win10 under WSP12?

Hello

With the information you have given us so far, I would say thatit is most likely due to a broken VMware Tools install.

Don't try a repair installation within the guest OS as probable, that he will not settle this.

In short, follow these steps:

  • Uninstall VMware tools
  • Restart the guest operating system
  • Install VMware Tools
  • Restart the guest operating system.

A bit of a longer description is:

  • In Windows, go to control panel-> programs and features &-> select VMware Tools-> Uninstall

Follow the steps in the installer to completely uninstall VMware Tools

  • Restart the client (== 10 Windows)
  • In the Virtual Machine menu, select "Install VMware Tools"

If no installation program appears, go to the DVD-rom of windows and click on "setup" (for 32-bit windows) or "setup64" (for windows 64-bit)

Once you see an installation program, click on "Next" until the end, keep the default values.

  • Restart the client when installed (it will ask itself to restart)

Put the computer in a clean boot (namely if any third-party software hinders the process)

Check with step 1 (run a clean boot):-If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

(Note: after find you the problem causing the program, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program and also don't forget to put the computer to a normal startup)

    Hello

    Try the following.

Using another PC, download the app from the following link and save it in your downloads folder.

    PC login now

Once the download is complete, open your download folder and double-click on the installer - this will result in another file, which is the disk image (.) ISO) you need to burn to a blank CD.

Now, you will need to use an app like ImgBurn to burn the ISO correctly on a blank CD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write that an ISO on a disc is here.

When the disk has been created, shut down the PC you can not log on, press the ESC key as soon as you press the power button to access the Start Menu, insert the CD, select Boot Options (usually f9), use the arrow keys to select the CD/DVD drive and press enter - peut also have you to "Press any key" to boot from the CD if asked to.

Follow the instructions on the guide here to remove the current password.

  • Backup has encountered a problem during backup of the C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop\music file. Error: (System does not find the specified path. (0 x 80070003))

I had to uninstall iTunes a few months ago and successfully re-installed, but part of my music was missing.   At one point, following the instructions on a thread on the forums Apple or Microsoft, I saved my music library on the desktop. Since then, I do not have a library of music on the desktop file.  In my looooooong hours trying to fix things, I do not know if I deleted it or what.

    Now, I get the message:

"Backup has encountered a problem during backup of the C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop\music file. Error: (System does not find the specified path. (0 x 8007003)) "whenever I have backup my computer.

As I understand it, that does not affect really any other files, they rely on the spot (I think), but

HOW CAN I GET RID OF THIS MESSAGE? or what is the cause?  Of course, I could use help in simple English, step by step, as I'm not very techno...

    Thank you!!!

    SereneJulie

    Hi serene,

Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.

As indicated by the error, this problem appears, when these files/libraries that are saved automatically are not present on your computer. I suggest you to follow the steps below and check, if it can help solve the problem.

    • Create missing files that are listed in the error message.
    • Exclude files from the files to backup in the backup settings and then include these files in their original location. To exclude folders in other communities and to include these files in the original location, follow these steps:
      1. In Control Panel, open backup and restore.
      2. In the section back up , click change settings.
      3. In the dialog box Configure the backup , click Next.
      4. In the dialog box that you want to save , click Let me choose, and then click Next.
      5. Expand data files, library, expand additional locations, and then click to clear the check boxes folder AppData, Contactsand Research .
      6. Expand computers, expand the element of your system drive (for example, expand Local disk (c)), expand users, , and then click to select the checkboxes AppData, Contactsand Research if they exist.
      7. Click Next, and then click Save settings and exit.
      8. Backup and restore, click back up now to perform a new backup. The backup operation must complete without errors.

If the problem persists, I suggest you follow the steps in the following article for troubleshooting backup problems.
