  I have a document (actually several, based on the other) who finished somehow a message that appears whenever I open it.  Sorry that I don't know what would be the exact wording in English (I have the Japanese version of CS2), but it's something like: failed to create a composite font ' ^ 1 '. (I think 'composite police' is the right term, but I don't know--it's only logic translation of the Japanese word which actually seems to be a real term in English).  I click OK and the document opens fine, but I would like to clean up everything that is wrong.  There is no complaint about all the fonts in the dialog box fonts search, and I don't even know what a composite font is (all Google hits seem to be linked to the PDF format, but I don't think that I have never used this document to a PDF, and the error occurs when I open the .indd file) , so I don't know where to look for what to get rid of so that the error does not appear in the document.  Any guidance?

  If the doocument isn't too long, you might want to try to make a new file of the same layout page, then copy and paste in place everything from the old to the new. Then import your styles and swatches.

  I'm getting this error when opening certain programs to work and now are not. I have studied this particular error and did not find a lot about it or how to fix it.

  I don't think it's a virus.

  I don't know what to do, I tried restores system, right click and run as administrator, I did ensure that allows the firewall thing and completely uninstall and reinstall.

  If you know a way to solve this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

  Delete all files in the temp folder and see if you still receive the error.

• 404 error when open delimited the workflow as a dialog box

  I get a 404 error when I try to open a workflow bounded as a dialog as explained in the documentation: using the dialog boxes in your Application

  When I click on the link that is supposed to open the dialog box, I get a 404 error. Then I refreshed the page with F5, click again on the link and it works.

  Then I navigate to another page, back page, click on the link and still 404, refresh and it works.

  So it seems that when the dialog box is opened first, there is something wrong. I read on a blog that can be caused by a timeout for the session.

  Here's the track in IE because it occurs in Internet Explorer, with a browser not certified such as Chrome and Firefox, it works great!

• InDesign CC2014 Freeze when opening documents

  This question is makes us crazy :-(    For the last month, CC InDesign keeps freezing and/or crashing when you try to open documents .indd.  We have written Adobe on the issue, but receive no response.

  The problem is intermittent - sometimes it opens just fine, other times it is hesitant / slow down,- but half of the time the application freeze just up and we need to force quit.

  When restart us InDesign after forcing the application to quit, the app opens all documents, including those causing the freezing.

  We´re Yosemite 10.10.3 on retina 5 K iMac with 32 GB of RAM running.

  Hmmmm... Well, the path does not lead to the Holly Grail as it appears here. I'm looking in the folder hidden in the library, in preferences, but I don't know which file to delete... have now removed a file of preferences for v10.

  I´ll report back, as soon as I don't know if the problem is resolved. Fingers crossed!

• Error when opening dmg file down loaded

  I tried 4 times at different times of the day today and the .dmg file that I double click to load comes with an error box that follows couldnot open drive - not recognized DesignStandard CS6 (reason) images.

  Size of the files I have an ending with. dmg.part (3,79 GB) and an another .dmg (3.78 GB the two file I get the same error as above)

  Machines:

  Power Mac 10.6.8 16 GB 2 x 2.66 GHz (core 12)

  Power Book 10.6.8 16 GB 2.2 processor intel core

  Its the purshased full version I get no error when download I get the icon on the file loaded down as I do on all dmg on the web files (I could pay for the version of messages/box)

  I just tried again this morning and the sound worked!
