Yes, you should be able to install W7 x 64 on this easy enough model.
First of all, make your W8 recovery media set before installing W7.

Then, you must change a setting in the BIOS to be able to install and run W7.

There is no driver Intel USB 3.0 for windows XP for any computer model. Desktop or laptop computer.
So scratch that one.
SM Bus controller: Install this driver first and then restart.
Video controller:
Audio:
First of all, download and install the ms uaa bus driver and restart.
Then, to install the current sound driver, accept the agreement, download and install the XP driver. First shown in green.
Ethernet controller: Download and install the XP automatic installation file. a 5th on the list.
Network controller:
Bluetooth: No XP driver controller. Try the W7 software and driver. Doubt, it will work, but you have nothing to lose by trying.
PCI device: Download and install the driver first on the list.
PCI Simple Communications controller:
ACPI\HPQ0004: See if it works.
