  I don't know if the problem is related, but I was also impossible to install the download: security for microsoft .net 1.1 SP1 framework update...   Old thread, but still just want to share my experience.

  I had the same problem. After the upgrade to the lollipop everything worked fine, but then I had to clean the cache and reset the email client and after that, I could not add more than one account... until I cleared the cache partition.

  To do this, follow these steps:

  -On the home screen, press volume up and hold

  -At the top by pressing volume, press the power button and hold the two keys until the phone turns off (you will feel a slight vibration when stopping)

  -Switch on your phone as usual

  OE has the option of identities, Winmail opener does not work. Unless you have separate Windows logons, you use the same instance of WinMail and share the same Inbox, unless you create another and divert the mail with message rules. The only "switch" you have at the moment is when you compose a new message, there is an arrow down to the right of the field to choose the account, the message will be.

  Try this method.

  To copy files to the new user profile

  After creating the profile, you can copy the files from the existing profile. You must have at least three user accounts on the computer to perform these operations, including the new account that you created.

  1. Log on as a user other than the new user that you created or the user that you want to copy the files.

  2. Open Documents by clicking on the button start , and then clicking Documents.

  3. Click on the Tools menu, and then click Folder Options.

     If you don't see the Tools menu, press ALT.

  4. Click the view tab, click Show files and folders, protected the clear theHide operating system files check box, and then click OK.

      If you have messages in e-mail, such as Windows Mail, you must import your e-mail messages and addresses to the new user profile before you delete the old profile. If everything is working properly, you can delete the old profile.
