A few months ago I bought a new computer windows 10 laptop and I downloadd creative cloud and have photoshop and everything was fine. recently, when I tried to open my creative cloud, it was an empty window, so I tried to reinstall and download to see if it was better, apparently, I could not download the latest version as it gives me error 201 and 204.Also, the older creative cloud is always an empty window. Please help me because I have an assignment due next week!

  Hello

  I am just using CC and it forces me to update and continuously fails to 2% with the message, it can not be downloaded, error 204.

  I'm on a mac, what do I do?

  PS Adobe: I am very frustrated that all the forums seem to just point to another page with 10 more solutions. I'm even more excited that adobe is not giving me an option to call or talk to chat with customer, and I post to a forum for an answer. As a paying customer who relies on this to get the work done, I don't have time for this shit.

• 204 error when I try to download a current demo version of Photoshop with computer Windows 10

  I did research for a few days and have tried everything suggested is:

  Disabled the firewall in CP and McAfee

  Have the administrator rights on my computer

  tried in IE and Google Chrome, changed by setting "run as Administrator" in Google Chrome

  Tried to download from two different links to Adobe

  Went to my "downloads" folder and changed a few settings

  In downloads, folder, right click on the file 'Creative.exe' and right click and then selected "Run as Administrator" and I get the error code 81

  There is a setting that I can't delete on my computer, which is a 'read only', when I click to it deselect, then click on apply, when I return to the same area, he returns to 'Read Only' - this could be the problem

  I really really really really hope that someone can help me - nothing works

  I also ran the Adobe tool as a last resort and still nothing

  You can try one thing, check out the ACCCx3_4_3_189.zip file to the c: drive , using apps like Win Zip or 7-Zip Extractor / Winrar... etc.

  Then right click on the file Setup.exe and select " Run as Administrator" option.

  I looked at all the other discussions that I have been aware of, about these errors, including this thread: 204 error downloading Creative Cloud on Mac

  I am still totally unable to get this working without running into error 201 or 204, whichever comes first.

  I tried to connect a straight-through ethernet cable, I deleted the Temp folder several times, I ran the program Adobe Cleaner, I checked all permissions and tried to run as an administrator, I rebooted the computer several times. Nothing's worked.

  That would be my first attempt to install the program on this computer. I always installed on another computer, under the same account, so that could be interfering.

  However, I managed to work around this problem by downloading and installing Photoshop directly from the Adobe site, which automatically installed creative cloud.

  -Repair microsoft visual C++

  -Rename OOBE, AAMUPDATER and Adobe Application Manager _old AND even remove them on another chance

  -My pc rebooted several times

  I solved it this way:

  Make a user nother on your pc with admin rights I called mine Adobe.

  The download works perfectly on this one!

  But take the download is interrupted by a "204" error I'm on it for 2 days already looking for "204" on pages of the site and suport and deleted downloaded cleaning tools adobe files and I just can not install it...
