Adapter Asus with micro USB male connector works fine; specs are 5.2V - 1.35 amps; seems to be a STD USB adapter. The Asus adapter has a connector to USB female port to connect to a USB x microphone cable to USB adapter (with cable power adapter came in the box). Bought a 2nd power with USB 2 socket adapter to connect my W4 Iconia and my Garmin Zumo390 browser to an adapter. Specs are 5V - 3.5 amps.
  The Zumo works very well with the new card, but does not work my W4. Charge light stays off. USB ports switched to he Zumo and the Iconia W4, but same result. Zumo fresh, but W4 not. Borrowed another power adapter USB, 5V - 2 mines anti-personnel and new Zumo accusations, but the W4 still does not work. Also tried different USB adapter cables, but the same thing; Zumo invoice, W4 does not work.
  How is that possible? I can't tell the difference of 0.2 V between the Asus adapter and a USB adaptor STD would make the difference. But maybe I'm wrong. Wanted for adapters for the W4 Iconia and found several, but all the 5V as expected.
  Can anyone help.
  Will go to the shop again next week, but if I need an adapter V 5.2 I should order with Acer. 5.2 V adapters do exist not (readibly).

  Resolved issues. A dark and humid Sunday afternoon back to the store with the Tablet and all the bells and whistles. Changed the card Asus for the original Acer 5V - 2Amps (10W). Took the time to find the Acer adapter in the store. Demonstrated the adapter 2nd with 2 output USB ports and it wouldn't work with the Tablet W4. Tried another and found to be ok. 2 USB ports have a different power, a port for a smartphone and the other port is one tablet. Total power rating of the adapter is 17.5W (5V - 3.5Amps); some 2.5 and 1Amps. A happy man is back home again.

  I have an iPhone 5 c and as about a week ago, does not charge via the USB port on my laptop. He sees very well in my wall sockets and Sockets USB as well, but not in my laptop. I have an Acer laptop running Windows 7. Windows is up to date, iTunes has the latest version installed. Whenever I plug in my phone, one of the following conditions occurs:

  (1) does not have

  (2) noise "plugged" USB lights, the window on the lower right, tell that a USB device has malfunctioned

  (3) (rarely) of phone calls after I tried several things

  What happened is I would plug my phone, she would charge via USB, iTunes opens automatically, and "trust to this computer" popup would come on my phone if I had unlocked it. None of this is happening now. I did the following to try to remedy:

  (1) power cord iPhone replaced (it was time for a new anyway)

  (2) uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes

  (3) restart computer and phone probably 29856 times

  (4) device Manager... nothing comes up at all, not even the unknown device. RARELY the unknown device comes up, then I get a "Code 10: this device cannot start" error, but it is * in a handbasket just trying to get to THIS point! and IF I do what they say to do to correct a code 10 (uninstall all USB and restart the computer, then USB devices hook to the top one at a time), so I'm now at my problem of a communication that don't meet pluse between my phone and PC

  5) tried to the registry editor, but not "upper filters" option rises

  (6) virtually every other option on this thread of 5 pages iphone not recognized by Windows 7

  The USB port of your laptop does not provide sufficient power to recharge the phone. It is a hardware problem with your laptop, not the phone.

  Dear George,

  It is an interesting question, which may seem a bit unintuitive at first. The main reason for the 32-bit write operation (although the USB-6341 has only 24 DIOs) is that the functions and the driver support other devices too. As you can see in the manual of the unit (http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/370784d.pdf) X Renault series supports digital IOs up to 32 bidirectional signals.

  To keep things consistent exploitation of 32 bits is required even if you use only a subset of the available ports.

  I have access to a charger micro usb to load another Tablet Windows, it uses 19.5V 1. to load instead of the standard micro usb 5v 2A.

  I'm not really an Acer rep, just a member of the community who has been quite active (and I assume quite OK ) to have obtained the status of Acer Ace. That said, anti-war of the benefits of being an ACE of the Acer is the occasional chance to play with the new machines after they are introduced. I got to play with a Switch 10 for several weeks after their initial introduction...

  The problem with a micro USB charger is that the Switch 10 is not designed to load throough the USB port. take one of the many Chargers 3rd party designed for Switch 10 (and many other models of Acer Tablet).

  With USB its basically just using your player as a USB thumb drive. Given that USB keys only a disc and use MSC, you must be in MSC mode and eventually remove all microsd cards. No matter what music you add in MTP mode cannot be accessed. If the volume is low, more analog, you can be in Europe or have put the region in the European Union, where laws prevent mp3 players to have full volume. You can change the region in the USA and things will work normally.

  No included (wall) charger - don't bur a wall powered PC can be your charger.

  Many Chargers (wall) available on the web with USB port.  Be careful not to exceed the output 5vdc.  An inexpensive solution is to use a razor phone for Motarola charger.  That's what I use.  Can find it at any flea for a little money.

  Updated my devices mobile iOS 10 yesterday and the only weird thing I've noticed so far is that my Pro 9.7 "iPad is cooler through the USB port on my Apple keyboard. It will charge if I plug it directly into the back of my computer.

  Restarted both devices, same problem.

  Of course, this isn't just a gene or the death and life, but I thought that I post to see if anyone has faced the same question.

  I use a 27 ", end of 2012 iMac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 (14F1912) running.

  I've seen other people reporting similar problems. It is possible that 10 changed the minimum power level of acceptable entry for the iPad.

  Frankly, as someone who has had one for years, ipads charge via USB are problamatic at best. Most iPads want at least 10W of power and, unless it is a USB high power, they put out only 5. That may work for a phone or ipod but not an iPad.

  Even though it says do not load it is possible that your ipad is always get a trickle charge, but I think using a different port is the best solution for you - beyond using the supplied adapter and it loads wall. That's how I charge mine. I used USB charge as a "oh fudge, I need power and have nothing to use" sort of thing. (Aka last resort)
