  I installed the latest version of iTunes on my new laptop running Windows 10.  When I connect devices, nothing shows up on itunes.   No devices and 'peripheral' is not in the drop-down list.  I uninstalled and reinstalled without success.  When I connect iPad he asked to allow the computer and I select allow but is not displayed in itunes.   Device is connected to the computer and I can see in fie Explorer.  Any help?

I still have the wifi service and my devices can find my fine router and Internet service.  I borrowed a non portable samsung to check that it was not a printer problem because she has always found a printer and worked well. I don't know but, possible had a software update on my phone and tablet that could change something I guess?  Any ideas to fix or try to fix it. I don't have a pc.  Thank you
