• Test Panel does not work with the PXI-6541/6542/6551 in PXI-1002

  Ripping my hair out trying to get the Test Panel can work with system as described below:

  1002-PXI chassis with controller PXI-8176.  In the three places available (from left to right) PXI-6551, PXI-6542 and PXI-6541.  They come in NIMAX, they self test, reset and to calibrate.  But when I try to open a Test Panel, I get an error as follows:

  nidmfpan.exe - Application error

  The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application.

  I uninstalled, re-installed, modified and repaired everything NIDAQMX (15.0.1) 15.0 HSDIO, NI-VISA (15.0.1), etc.

  Original symptom is that when I pressed the button on the test Panel, nothing would happen.  Then, the next symptom is that MAX has said MFC90.dll (not found) and MSVCP90.dll (not found) and MSVCR90. DLL (not found).

  I can not find help topics or the forum messages that cover this.  Very annoying.

  Sorry to hear that!  Nidmfpan.exe is the process that opens MAX test panels and MFC90.dll is a Windows wrapper.  Combinations of driver reinstall or copy other MFC90.dll files in System32 are unlikely to solve the problem.

  You are on XP?  Try to navigate to C:\Windows\System32 and rename the nidmfpan.exe.manifest to nidmfpan.exe.manifest.back and after close/reopen MAX file and try to open a test Panel.  Is it effective?

  Note that the file you want to rename is nidmfpan.exe.manifest and NOT nidmfpan.exe.

  If not immediately successful, close and reopen the MAX and try the test panels a few times more.  If after several attempts it still does not work and the correct manifest file has been changed, it can point to a deeper problem of Windows that requires a reformatting of the OS.

  Really that's hope!

  P.S. you might get more visibility to a problem as it is in the sections "PXI" or "Digital i/o.  VXI and VME are not widely used these days, so this section of the forums is probably not too much traffic.

• Test console does not work

  Contact Epson for this problem.  It is clearly not a Windows problem if the self-test page does not work.

• ReadyBoost - tab is missing in the properties, and it does not work!

• One calling CFC-another CFFUNCTION using 'that' does not work

  I have a CFC (let's call it test.cfc) who is supposed to manage a lot of internal calls to other CFFUNCTIONs.

  I had read that using "this.functionName (args);" should work.

  However, for some reason it isn't.  I always use ' components.compName () .functionName (args); "to make it work.  Pseudocode:

• February 25, 2015, after agreeing the Firefox Hello does not work dwhelper. All proposed tests without success.

  I was download Firefox Hello a couple of days. dwhelper no longer works. I tested the extensions. As I only have two, dwhelper and add-on, it was easy to do.

  I use a lot dwhelper. I use online videos from many sources for my physics and astronomy, teaching needs.

  It is a problem with many video sites, not just YouTube.

  I deleted dwhelper and reinstalled. Firefox started and stopped. Rebooted my macbook pro as well.

  Program seems to be working and including window specifying the location to place the download file.

  It is more likely that Firefox updated to the latest version, and something in the change means that dwhelper does not work as well. I suggest you ask on the support site of the developer of the extension http://www.downloadhelper.net/documentation.php

In the last few weeks, I noticed that some videos will play without problem and some have the following problem: the music and ads are ok. But if I keep place the volume of the speaker (on the icon) and keep clicking the open icon, the sound begins to get stronger and you can actually hear it above his ' ding ding ' by clicking on the icon of the speaker volume. I've never had this happen before. I don't think I did something different from my usual activities lately and haven't downloaded all new program. Music plays without problem.   Just an update.  Problem solved. Faulty speaker connections. Did not touch the connections before the problem, so not sure what happened to these connections, but the problem is resolved. Thank you.

• IPA-test works, ipa-app-store does not work? bug?

I use the command-line of AIR 3.0 (as Flash CS 5.5 cannot publish using 2.6 due to bugs). I have already created files 'ipa-test' using files appropriate - that has been verified in ipad as well.

  now I would like to download this project on the apple App I tried to create 'ipa-app-store' using the distribution certificate (converting PEM so .p12) and its mobileprovision file. He couldn't. I kept it for 1 day... temporary files were there in the publication record, and the Manager tasks, he showed that Java.exe was running. At first, I thought that the problem is with the mobileprovision and certificate of distribution of files, I removed the and recreate them, but the result was the same. I create a new file with just a small rectangle inside and then published with the same code, same files (using AIR SDK 3.0)... surprisingly, it has been published.   After spending most of the day, finally I could create the .ipa file. What I discovered was that there was a problem with a particular image. In fact, I have 5 frames, each containing a number of lines code. For the 5th Framework, I used to dynamically load the .swf (which included an inside action script). I read that it was not based so I copied all the codes and graphics that and pasted in frame 5. The problem which has finally understood was with this frame. I deleted this frame on the spot because I was too tired and too disappointed. I have no idea if the problem with the graphics/library/ACE. I even tried to copy the frame 5, create a new FLA and create a .ipa; but this does not work too. But I'm happy now that I have downloaded my app on App Store.

  I have downloaded a trial to the catalyst biz for customer site view and everything works fine except that I can't go back to the home page.
