  I have half a dozen routers RV042 in various places.  They are running v4.0.0.07.  Apparently at random, I had the

  502 bad Gateway

  The CGI/1.1 CGI was not consistent.

  error when you try to connect to the web interface with google chrome (even with IE too).  This is happening on the side LAN.  I actually didn't notice until my software Opsview monitoring threw up a critical when he did get an http response.

  The router otherwise actually works very well.

  Since the first occurrence, several of my routers have developed the same error.

  I have tried different browsers, clear caches, although I'm not surprised that these efforts were in vain, because clearly there is a problem even when no browser is involved (nagios).  Nagios http checking also returns a 502 Bad Gateway.

  I guess that a reboot is in order, but I'm looking for other explanations/solutions before having to restart because I would like to avoid that if possible.  If I can help more, please let me know.

  I know you are trying to avoid a reboot, but I would try and see if the problem goes away.  The rv series starts acting funky when they have not been restarted for awhile.

  I am trying to Setup VMware SRM 4.1 groups. I had configured hitachi usp vm storage based array replication in both sites.

  Now when I try to pair the two sites vCenter, I get an error at the end of the phase of matching as message "the remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway ' on the protected site. But surprisingly, I am able to match both the vCenters on the recovering site.

  Please help me to get the problem.

  I have a process in which I used a split in parallel with a complex merger of gateway.
  There are 2 parallel cracks that passes, each having a human task.
  I gave the Gateway complex condition merge as "activationCount > = 1.
  So if one of the parallel tasks responds, the process will go forward.
  
  The process when it is running very well, works as expected.
  
  But among the parallel divisions, which the user has not responded to the human task is left in the list of tasks for that user.
  
  I expect to be marked as completed or expired automatically by BPM of the task. But it's just left like that.
  Even the task Notification in the BPM workspace is left as it is. (And the user can still respond).
  It's causing users a bit of confusion because they see the task and they can act on it, even if it's not necessary.
  
  Is there a way to remove the task from the list of tasks of the BPM Workspace? An action or not?

  Hi Sameer,

  One thing that you may want to double check how you have defined the melting point in your complex gateway.

  It is easy to Miss — open its properties-> click on the application check tab and make sure the "Abort pending flow" checkbox is checked.

  Hello, I have recently updated my installation software to Version 2.0.14212.1.  I realized that I had to upgrade the installation software before upgrading the Firmware to version 2.1.41 (Build 164606).  However, since the upgrade of the installation software, I could not connect to the router on any browser (Firefox and Chrome).  Instead, I get the error message "-502 Bad Gateway.

  To add to what chadster766 suggested, after pressing the reset button for 30 seconds, try to turn off the router to give him time to rest. After a while, it turns on and plug a PC for it. Try to access the configuration again to 192.168.1.1 page.
