If you don't have the Blue Star (bookmarks icon) on your toolbar, this is how to get there: go to the menu bar on the upper right corner, and then click Customize. It should be in a list of icons that are not in your toolbar. You can then drag it there. Just take a look at the attached screenshots if it does not make sense.
