64-bit vs. 32-bit IOP 11.1.2.0.0 - locate to the same application?
You have benchmarks for the 64-bit version of Windows of an application of IOP compared to running the same application running in an IOP 32-bit Windows environment to determine which is faster?Thank you.
We have internal performance tests to show improvement. The 64-bit relieves a tremendous burden on the amount of memory THAT JVM can be affected on a windows machine. In 32 bits, it is limited to 1.4 GB and that, in turn, limits the size of the model, we can take over the IOP, the number of blocks, blocks cache size, number of user sessions, scenarios, etc. By moving to 64-bit JVM max memory can be increased significantly and the limit is the limit on the size of the heap this particular version of Java can handle. We have tested up to 16GB and I know that practical applications where the JVM memory has been tried up to 128 GB on JDK 1.6.

Hi all
We have installed a software called eVision on our windows 7 32-bit operating system. The application works well.
We installed the same software eVision on our windows 7 64-bit OS systems. We could install the software correctly. But when we opened the application, the breaks down after a few minutes. We see the error below. What is happening on all the 64 bit OS. So there must be something to do with the 64 bit OS. We addressed this issue in favour of the seller. But we have received no resolution. Please help us solve this issue.
Error:
spEDI.exe has stopped responding...
Thank you
SrinuWhat version of software is this? Is it designed for Windows 7 or earlier?
It is possible it could 16-bit components why it worked on 32-bit Windows 7.
You could try to install in Windows 7 64-bit compatibility mode.
Pointer pointing to the installation for eVision files, right-click on the Setup, and then click Properties
Select the Compatibility tab then a known version of Windows in which the software works or is designed to:
Click apply then OK

Can I use the 64 bit version of Windows 7 Home Premium to repair the same 32-bit version?
I'm trying to raise my 32 bit & running after a fatal accident. It will not accept orders that I found here. He tried to repair several times. The repair disk I created does not help. After of countless trial & error, I finally get an error code saying that there is a problem with the memory management. (Repair could not even find a problem the first 17 times) It tells me to use the installation disc for repair now. I don't have the 32-bit disk. The 64-bit version will be just as good?

I have a system of 3 GB/500 GB HD in Inspiron 530 Dell, Vista Home Premium 32-bit. I need to restart more frequently and the system works more slower and slower... so I think the upgrade. Can I move to a 64 bit OS in Windows 7 or 8 and keep the same hardware and software, applications that I already like Office 2007, Photoshop Elements, etc... ? What are the benefits to 64-bit?
Hello
There is no way to upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit.
It should be down with a clean install.
Go to your computer / computer laptop manufacturer Web site and see if Windows 7 drivers are available for your make and model computer / laptop.
If this is not available, Windows 7 will not properly work for you.
Run the "Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.

Hello
Since this is a check of the product key OEM with HP Support for the media. You already have windows
Thus, it will be cheap. You can check that your system is running 64-bit at the same time.HP support/troubleshooting & drivers

I want to have both versions because my pc is 64-bit, but he can't function with
Module LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation
and
LabVIEW MathScript RT module
This funtion two apps with 32-bit lab VIEW 2014SP1
also, in the forum, I see that it may be possible, check on question number 6
"Q: I have 32-bit LabVIEW and LabVIEW 64 bit installed on the same 64-bit machine? ."
A. Yes. »http://digital.NI.com/public.nsf/allkb/71E9408E6DEAD76C8625760B006B6F98
Help, please
I suspect that most of the facilities of LabVIEW on Windows consists of LabVIEW 32 bit running on an operating system 64-bit Windows (for the most part, Windows 7, 8 and 10). As you noted, all the toolboxes have 32-bit versions, and many do not have 64-bit versions (although that is changing). If you don't need the memory of the large model (and have the memory to support), I recommend sticking with 32-bit LabVIEW. You will have less room for error and Confusion.

With the help of the bit-shift operator twice on the same line of code produces incorrect results.
Workaround: Separate the operations of shift of two bits in two distinct lines of code.Reported Version: 9.0 Solved Version: N/A Added the: 14/02/2012 Could someone please explain what kind of construction causes such a question?
I have not noticed problems again and not have not noticed or found a thread about it.
Thank you.
The reported scenario looks like this:
unsigned int a = 1, b = 62; unsigned long long result = 1ULL << a << b;
The problem arises because of the temporary variable used when do two little is placed in the same line. This separation into two lines will produce correct results:
unsigned int a = 1, b = 62; unsigned long long result = 1ULL << a; result = result << b;

Windows vista 32 bit.
Windows Mail receives by e-mail at the start of the program, but when I press send/receive it does nothing more.
Then when I mail windows startup that he gets all of my email, if I send an email to myself, it sends e-mail directly, but by hitting the send/receive button, it does nothing (it shows the Outbox send/receive and said that there are mistakes, but when you check the error tab, it showed no errors). If I close windows mail and that he again, the email is received. I put it to automatically receive by email after 10 minutes, even there, receiving nothing. I have not any virusscanner, it's a clean install with windows vista 32-bit, and configured the windows Messaging. Got all the updates that are available from Ms.
I import e-mail by using the import function.
Someone at - it an idea?Greetz Koen

Install Windows 7 64 bit and Vista 32 bit on the same drive
I have Vista 32 bit installed on my laptop. Media recovery is on a recovery partition, I have no recovery DVD such as $85 for something that should be included with my expensive laptop anyway, it is a bit much
I have a drive to upgrade Windows 7 from my laptop manufacturer that allows me to each upgrade or to start from scratch.
I want to install Windows 7 64 bit on a separate partition for the installation of my 32-bit Vista, but when I boot on the DVD there is no option to select the 32 or 64 bit, it only allows me to install the 32-bit version. I have partitions installed correctly then they arnt the problem. If I try to boot from the recovery partition to install Vista 64 bit on a separate partition, to upgreade can leave, he simply don't say so, it doesn't allow the recovery or replacement of my existing Vista installation. Also, often when I boot to recovery mode, by organizing 0 start up, he simply waits some time and the Vista of boots in any case.
How should I do to dual boot Windows 7 64 bit and Vista 32-bit, as all possible ways I have tried do not work, and I can't afford to buy the madmen of... Toshiba recovery media ?
The 'disc Windows 7 from the manufacturer of your laptop upgrade' can be used to improve the qualification system of operating from 32-bit of Windows Vista that was originally installed on the laptop. It cannot be used for any other configuration or purpose. Carey Frisch
Actually, this isn't just a "upgrade drive" it's a full disc of Windows 7, I know that I can install full Windows 7 32 bit in a separate partition for Vista.
The problem is solved in any case, I managed to hide my Vista (C) install with Acronis and boot to the WIndows 7 DVD. It then allowed me to install Windows 7 64 bit on the other Partition, because he did not think that 32-bit Windows Vista has been installed on the HARD drive. I managed to deceive it by showing the menu options of 32 bits or 64 bits in this way... I assumed it was a protection system put in place by Microsoft to stop upgrade problems if soemone tried upgrade Vista 32, Windows 7 64
Now under Vista 32 and Widnws 7 64 on the same computer.

Windows Vista 64-bit version purchased, can 32 bits be installed with the same key?
Configure a computer for a friend using the version 64-bit of Windows Vista, not knowing its processor's crashing issues with 64 bit... would it not possible to rebuild and get a copy of 32-bit by using the same key via download or something? (I'll killdisk his computer so I'm sure it will not be saved, but I'm not sure.)
Thanks for the replies!
* original title - 64-bit version of Windows Vista purchased, has not work.__Can I install 32 bit with the same key? (Another was deleted, so it's is more approved I think). *
Hello
1. you have a 64-bit processor on your computer?
2 have you installed the correct drivers 64 bit? When you bought Windows Vista, if it came with two versions of the operating system, a 32-bit installation DVD and an installation DVD 64 bits, then you would be able to use the
same product key. Even if the 32-bit version should work with a 64-bit version of Windows, chances are the 64-bit version will perform better, because it was designed for a
64-bit version of Windows.Kind regards

original title: after reinstallation of Vista (32 bit), I found myself with Windows and most of the stuff on the disk 1 (c), but with stuff on the disk 2 (d). It's hard to backup.
I wish all the disk 0, which is 250 GB, leaving the 1 free 500 GB disc to have been the repository of backup and archiving of others. But I don't want to have to reinstall everything. I couldn't move bootmgr, BOOTSECT. BAK and 'boot' folder on the disk 1 (c) by somehow the system partition? Then there would be no OS stuff on disk 0 (D :); back, but better than mixed.) What happens if I disconnect physically the smallest disk, Startup Repair will make the disc with Windows boot and system partitions? Thank you.
Hi OldScientist,
Before performing these steps, it is recommended to make a backup of your important data.
Step 1: Mark Disk 1 (C) as active partition, then launch Startup Repair
Follow the steps mentioned in the link below to mark C as active partition
Mark a partition as active
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/mark-a-partition-as-active
Follow the steps mentioned in the link below to launch the Startup Repair tool
If the problem persists,
Step 2: Follow the steps mentioned in the article below to rebuild the BCD (Boot Configuration data)
Error message when you start Windows Vista: "the Windows Boot Configuration data file is missing required information".
