I am trying to perform a recovery a few times, but I got stuck on this screen

For a long time, the mouse is working, but I can press anything

Hard drive is new and I run usb recovery, I know that's not the hard drive

And I'm not sure what one should do; and I regret that no one answered - apparently nobody else knows precisely what to do, either.

I guess at some point you will have to press the power button and turn off the laptop.  It can start later, it's 100%...

Or - you could unplug the computer and carried over to a local home repair and see if something can be done with a system that is frozen and apparently will stay that way unless you intervene.

If the computer is under warranty, you can contact HP and establish a contact / case - this can be useful if all goes on the side after you press the power button and you need help with the computer goes again:

    My problem is that my computer occasionally starts with a blackscreen with my mouse in the Center. I can move the mouse but it will return to the Center after a few seconds.     I took delivery of a HP Touchsmart from Envy 15 - J104sa, running Windows 8.1 this week and the internal memory card reader does not work. It does not recognize SD cards (I tried more than one) and continues as if nothing has been inserted; Don't display an error message. The cards work on my previous HP laptop. The only way to get the laptop to show an inserted SD card is to run the driver software update (http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63001-63500/sp63415.exe) whenever an SD card is inserted; This must be done with the card in the reader. If the software is running and then the card nothing happens. If the card is ejected and then re-inserted (or a new card inserted) it is not recognized and the process must be restarted and the driver reinstalled even though nothing has changed.

    Unfortunately not, updates of driver solves the problem, but an update of the BIOS through the HP helper application seems to have resolved the issue. While I appreciate there were not specific drivers available in my opinion, it is difficult to accept that HP should be able to release a model where they know the equipment are not fully supported by the operating system and in this case does not work.

    Audio HD has failed on my HP Envy 17-J023CL TS.  I have tried to remove, start, and then reinstall what, in my opinion, is suitable (as shown above) driver.  I searched drivers related to the shown hardware ID.  All nothing not done, I ask so to people who have more experience than me to guide me, that may be necessary to return to the features.

    Please note that it is sound, but I must assume not HD.

    It is possible, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    There won't be any major difference in each driver, and now that the unit is installed, your audio hdmi should work when you connect the hdmi port to a TV via a HDMI audio cable.  Is that all of the Intel HD audio device is good for.

    I don't know why you have navigated to the folder sp64960 when I suggested, you navigate to the folder sp64989, but because it worked, as I said, I'll leave enough alone.

    You may need to change the boot order to boot from the DVD drive first.  The steps to do this are in the document below.

    These are recovery disks made by the recovery discs sent by HP?  They will not work in a different system (you will receive an error message), but you are able to get the boot floppies in a different system?  They should be able to start up to a point where the error message will be displayed.

    When I connect by ssh and use 'top', I see that btrfs-cleaner is stuck at 100% CPU. This can last up to 10 minutes at a time. I only installed about 12 hours ago, and the process of btrfs-cleaner has already more than 85 minutes of CPU time, which is 20 times more than the process of the second long, readynasd which is 4 minutes.

    After a while, btrfs-cleaner falls to 0% CPU and I can access the NAS normally.

    My question: is it normal to have this excessive load of btrfs-cleaner so frequently? Y at - it no configuration setting which affect this behavior. I never noticed this problem under the previous version 6.2.5.

    Where it's important, my NAS is equipped with 2 x 4 TB drives in a RAID0 configuration with 40% in use.

    Btrfs-cleaner never appear again (top).

    (After startup, I've usually had a minute to publish the command before btrfs-cleaner spawn and prevented the command answer.)

    I did not intentionally quota - I guess that it is enabled by default.

    PS: Maybe the problem is known by Netgear - in their 'FAQ on recent firmware 6.4.0' (see the link at the top of the page) we are talking about «...» "This is probably due to the ReadyNAS was conducting an audit of quota.

    Some sites also describe problems with quota and btrfs (forum Rockstor), other sites quoting quota support in experimental btrfs (but these may be updated).

    I did some tests deepened after diabling quota like that--I'm happy that I have can see my files again...

    There is a utility called BatteryInfoView that might help diagnose the problem. Give it a try and see if it shows the real situation of the battery. If it also always displays 100% then you probably have a hardware problem and need to contact Acer support. Let us know how it comes out.

    I also had this problem. I could remedy this by disconnecting, signing in and boost the .sdx of my downloads folder. It arises, is gone up to 99% complete, finished the download continued to the check and unpacking steps. Hope that helps,

    HP ENVY 17-j017cl Notebook computer Touchsmart I bought 4 DVD for HP Recovery supports a month previously, when I I want to recover I get this error explained below.

    I was trying to fix it, I did the following;

    1. turn on the wifi

    2 bios date was set before the 22/06/2014

    3 reset the default bios

    BUT THE ERROR PERSISTS.

    It may be necessary to disable startup secure in the BIOS to start the computer using recovery media (CD/DVD or USB key).

    The new recovery for 2015 fall update manager must be downloaded and installed to successfully carry out a recovery of the system using HP Recovery Manager.

    It takes a minimum of 3 GB of free space to install the update in the Recovery Manager.

    Do you back up all personal files and read all of the instructions required warning before performing a system recovery? To backup your files will result in a loss of files and information you don't want to lose.
