800b0100 and 80070020 errors in Windows Update

Cannot update the three updates of security (956744, 971557, 973507).  Download 800b0100 and 80070020 errors.  Tried to run Checksur Vista, have tried disabling Norton firewall and tried to record various files in the cmd prompt (e.g., regsvr32 Wintrust.dll/s) - these three appear to be suggestions for these issues in various other threads.  None seems to work any help please?  Thank you

    Safe mode is different from boot were the clean boot will help disable you any of third-party applications or starting points which is the source of the problem.
