9 48 error message - system to try again to install IE9

original title: 9 48 error message.

Hi-

Vista running; I have already installed IE9.

Update prompts me to install the "update important" identified as "Windows Internet Explorer 9 for Windows Vista" - 19.1 MB. The update has failed repeatedly, get the 9 48 error message.

I tried many suggested fixes, disable the antivirus software, restart the computer and uninstalling/reinstalling of IE9. When you try to uninstall IE9, I found that it does not for me on the configuration/programs and features Panel / section see installed updates. I double checked and I'm under IE9 Version 9.0.8112.16421

Many suggested further to date have been downloaded successfully during the months another one remained. How can I get this update to download?

    I solved this problem by replacing the applications folder and the Adobe folder in the library - folder of Application support with the files from before the last update of Mavericks using Time machine.

    It worked for me.

    I have successfully set up Win Fax under my account and power send & receive faxes, but when I tried to put in place the fax under my wife account I get the error prompt:

    I recently upgraded to Vista SP1 SP2 and now I get an error message when I try to use Toshiba Disc Creator 2.0.1.3. "An unexpected error has occurred. Error code 32007C-26-00000001 "it worked perfectly before.

    This is the first time that I used it since the update so I think that SP2 may be part of the problem, but I'm not sure. I could not find updates for TDC. My system is a Satellite L305-S5919 with Vista 32 bit.
    Someone has an idea of what could be the cause of this error?

    Have you tried to roll back the OS in time and checking the previous features once again, just to be sure, it has something to do with the installation of SP2?

    I put t know if anyone here can offer a solution but I m quite pessimistic in this topic and don t think that Toshiba provide new version.
    AFAIK Toshiba disc creator is always available with single and also downloadable image recovery application.

    Thanks for the reply again, I just did a Tassel factory by pressing F8 at startup upward and then through the options and make Factory Image Restore (after saving the contents of the hard drive to external hard drive) which took about 5-8 minutes after the return and then re-installed all my programs etc. , and everything works fine!

    So I say this to all who have the same problem and no other method does work, simple - easy - fast!
