  I had exactly the same problem. What I did was go to control panel, to search and solve problems, check for performance issues. That came with a list of programs to check if you don't want to run at startup. Sometimes itll come back to the mode of trial for 1 software, but if I end up close after this loop 'renew subscription' happens again.
