  Hi all, just went live with my first pay site, unfortunately when I click on "Manage Site" from the partner portal, I get a 404 error page, and cannot access the back-end of the site. I can manage all partner sites and the trial, but not this pay site. It is visible from the front end, but can't manage it, does anyone else have this problem before, and if so, what is the solution?

  Contacted directly supported and it turns out it was a problem in Chrome 28.0. Upgrade to the latest version of Chrome and the problem has been resolved. Thanks for reaching out nevertheless Gaurav.

  Looks like your DPS Pro account was closed and so you see that. It is a common problem when activation of CC on the same identifier. Contact the technical support.

• How to manage the Adobe ID

  With all the changes in Creative Suite and creative cloud, I have a few questions about the management of our company ID from Adobe.

  First of all, when we decide to confront creative Cloud for our designers will need to have their own Adobe ID or can use the ID of my tech Department we use for recording software?  Should create us a new company for designers to use account?  Will they still have an Adobe account?

  Second, one of our designers asked if she could install our CS6 on his computer at home which, in my view, is allowed by the Adobe license.  Can use his Adobe ID, assuming that she has one, to register CS6 or she will need to use our?  It should even record in this case?

  Recording follows the AdobeID, if you want to use your corporate account (or create a new one for the liberal professions) as opposed to let your contractor to register the software.

  In the second case, you would need to use your account at home as well (unless you've created a single job counts for them).

  I'm trying to convert a Word document to PDF by right-clicking a Word document and it saying to convert to Adobe PDF. I get the error message "cannot find the printer 'Adobe PDF' or"Acrobat Distiller". Also, I used to have an Adobe tab in my Microsoft Word program, but it's over. All these problems started when I got a new computer that is running Windows 7. Any idea on how to solve this problem?   No, but you may need to do some work to get AA8 to work on your system. The first step is to update, currently in 8.3.1 (you have 8.0.0 that maybe your problem). AA8 is not certified for use on Win7, but several people have managed to make him run. However, you may encounter hickups sometimes even if it runs. In the meantime, try to open the document in WORD and print it on the Adobe PDF printer. If it works, you have at least one method of production.

  The next step is to understand why PDF Maker does not work. To do this, open the document in WORD, and make sure that the Adobe menu appears. In WORD 2007, it will probably be the right most of the Acrobat named menu item (which is on my WORD 2007 with AA8 system, although this is a VISTA machine). If this menu does not appear, then the macro from Adobe in WORD must be enabled.

  If the printer is not running, then the additional work is needed. Let us know what is the current state, and then we can go from there.

• Optical drive cannot find the Adobe Creative Suite 6 disc

  As written in the subject, my optical drive can't find my drive to Master Collection Creative Suite 6.

  (I use Windows 7 Ultimate)

  Every other disc I've tried BD of DVD - ROM or CD-ROM even worked perfectly well.

  The disc itself is in good condition (no scratches and others) when I try to manually open it know "no disc not found" and opens the disc so I can insert a disc.

  When I tried to force the autorun with "run" he gave me the same message "no disk found.

  Anyone with ideas how to solve this problem?

  Has anyone solved how do the Adobe PDf printer in windows 7-64 bit. During the installation it aligns it with LPT1 printer port. other discussions/solutions, it was suggested to add new printer with port existing use: Documents\ * .pdf (Adobe PDF) selected.
