A sign 'historic' that open on the right side of the browser, and I can't determine how to close it. I tried the common fixes.

Sorry, on the left side of the browser there is a panel that I can't seem to close or delete. It is titled 'history' and it includes a search box and a list of visited sites. None of the typical patches were able to close the box.

  1. Go to the view menu
  2. Select the menu side
  3. Click history to remove the check mark.
  4. The history Panel must be closed.
