Go to Lightroom > help >. Disconnect
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE - Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db
- Launch of Lightroom
- Enter the serial number

Just got an email from Adobe to reset the password that I didn't ask for reset.
Just got an email from Adobe, it asked me to click on the link to reset the password, but I've never asked to reset my password, which is strange? This email is from Adobe.
In any case, I changed my password just in case.

I did search Lightroom and 14 items for about eight weeks, regis called a connection but to my knowledge never clicked on the conduct of the trial 30 with any product. An e-mail informing the free trial has received just now about at the end. How can - I found what happens. I don't remember receiving any email saying I had 30-day trial.

At the old version of adobe reader and upgrade inadvertently WAA CD player. realized that I could change is no longer with this and tried to uninstall and reinstall and older versiono, but could not. Tried to reinstall the domain controller new version and it would not, indicating that the newer Version is already installed. Nothing in programs and features.
Looks like a job for the cleaning tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs.
If you prefer XI player, make sure that "Install updates automatically" is not enabled under Edit > Preferences > Updater. It is possible to download and apply patches manually.

Hello Tom, it is a phishing tactic that tries to trick you into installing malicious software, in order to not download or run this kind of stuff! just download firefox from the official site at mozilla.org - more updates are handled automatically by firefox if you don't have to download anything (you can run a check of updates of firefox > help > about firefox).
You can also run a full scan of your system with software security already in place and the various tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & kaspersky security scan to make sure there isn't already a kind of active malware on your system that triggers these false alerts.

I just got a call that I think may be a scam.
I just receievd a phone call (# not available) at 07:00 a man of Middle Eastern decent saying my PC may be at risk of crashing and he wanted to guide me through the process to fix. I was suspicious so I asked for the name of the k. comp. everything he has worked for the phone # saying ask him back. He spoke quickly, as he was trying to confuse me. He got impatient when I asked how I had to know what it was or who he RM for. Luckily, I didn't make changes or to do what it has been educate me. I called the #. It looked like to ' Steve (same guy), he replied "*", not "Hi, this is Steve of so so." I'm not a techie person and could easily have been abused by letting him "Help me" and then having accsess my person info. I called a friend who worked for a COMPUTER company who told me that he was not interested in my PC, but in accsessing my personal info. Advice? Elizabeth

Sounds strangely like a factory system recovery has been performed on the computer. In this case all the user files would have been erased and Windows 7 on this computer would have been restored to their original state when you bought, IE. all the updates of Windows later need to be reinstalled.
Some of these updates are prerequisites for installing other updates and updates require reboot also before the next update can be installed. That's why you get the scenario of 134 updates being downloaded at a time but only a fraction of them actually being installed. The next time you go to Windows Update is uninstalled him appears once again, sometimes including some new ones that appear only now because their preconditions are met.
Select the updates to be installed in smaller batches may save a bit of time re-download.
