  These dialog boxes are problematic for a number of reasons.  I'd love to see them disappear entirely.  In most cases, what you run is our protection fromclickjacking anti - being overzealous.  Flash Player is in an uncomfortable position, where it is difficult to ensure that we are the object of above and that our security dialogue box is not obscured by something malicious that tries to make you click on it.  This is particularly problematic if the dialog box appears on things that move, such as video.  Fixed bugs in the logic of clickjacking is a game of whack-a-mole, so usually set us on a config and finds that he has beaten another combination of factors of density/zoom screen/resolution.

What is strange, is that I can't set the local storage for flash either. I can't do it on a Web site where the flash does not work. When I try and it changed on any site that it goes back to zero. Not sure if it is a part of the problem. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script ends. "sometimes when I would buy on Macy's.com. This is the only site that it happened.
  I know I have only little technical knowledge, but I have tried to figure this out for a few days and do not know what is happening. The only thing I can think is that I somewhere files corrupted causing this problem. I have just updated to Windows 8.1 tonight in the hope that can help, but nothing helped.   Come on guys, it's beyond ridiculous. Installation always stops in 55% exactly and is never completed, leaving me to give up Firefox for Chrome. I mucked on the last, half a dozen times this has happened during the update and just by pure chance she managed to install, but it has been 2 hours mucking similar and I'm now getting nowhere.

I also went ahead and completely uninstalled flash (and emptied such records as requested in other threads here) and reinstalled it, only to watch the progress bar to put an end to 55%, as usual and let me by clicking on this icon of Chrome stupid to have a programme of work for flash.

  Honestly people, why, after years, it continue to be a persistent problem? Fix it for the love of God! Are you a lot guys make the ObamaCare website or what?   You cannot change the default location for installing Flash Player.  Flash Player installs in a specific directory and browsers know what directory to locate the Flash Player in.
