  After that Paul_Tikkanen helped me on my WIFI I thought that my HP Pavilion 15 p000su-J2T31EA (OS: Windows 8.1) has no more problems, but there are still some problems.

  Hello. I have a HP Pavilion 15 p001tx. I was not able to get Bluetooth working since I bought the laptop.

  I want to say that it detects any device around her or himself detect everything. Its really frustrating even if I have installed the latest device driver for Windows 8.1 through the HP Support Center.

  I have recently installed the bluetooth module, part number 537921-001, on a Pavilion DV6T-2000, and I can not find the device driver.  It is not automatically install in Windows 8 x 64 and I do not see those who have been made available for Windows 7 x 64 on the support page.

  I also tried to use drivermax and slimdrivers hoping to find it but still no luck.  The device appears in the device as an unknown device manager, but it upward in the BIOS as a device in the System Info screen.

  I understand that the Bluetooth is not installed on your HP Pavilion DV6T-2000 and Windows 8. Windows should pull in the correct driver for the device. I would go into Device Manager and uninstall, then restart the computer with the device in. Here is a link to the drivers.

  After checking in the "17-e018ss HP Pavilion Notebook product specifications", it shows that your computer is not equipped with Bluetooth. The only way that you will be able to connect Bluetooth, therefore using a Bluetooth adapter/dongle. Upgrade your system to Windows 8.1 not will provide you with Bluetooth.

  Good guys, here's an update...

  After install/reinstall drivers without reported errors, he came to my thought that it must be a bug in windows.

  So I decided to reinstall windows and then I cancelled the update of windows

  (I decided not to update to SP1, so I'm on the original build of Windows 7).

  Then I installed the suitable driver for my device (Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 + HS is the new name of the device) and it now works smoothly... I tried send/receive files, streaming Audio via A2DP, thrust objects

  and everything works...

  I think that the bugs are still present in the windows 7 SP1, especially on the part of bluetooth.

  I guess everyone should try to turn on Windows Update.
