Ability to view deleted Voice Messages

We have unity 4.0.3 SR-1, when a user clicks on the Messages, there is no option to move messages removed, examine and clear if necessary. I thought that it was available in all versions 4.0.x. I know that it works on 4.0.4 versions - it says deleted messages 2 and 3 for saved messages. We should modernize or is there a place we can configure this option to be active. The COS has deleted to copy to the folder deleted checked.

Any suggestions would be helpful

Thank you

ANU,

If you look below the link end-user guides, the deleted messages delete option appears in 4.0 (4).

I hope this helps. If so, please indicate the position.

  • SPA112 voice message indicator problem

    Hello

I'm a newbee in voip, so I hope that my description of this problem makes no sense.

When there is a voicemail my dect phone displays an icon. So far so good. But after that I listen to and delete voice messages and create another voicemail, the icon shows no more. It's a do time to the event. After that I reload the SPA112 it works again, but only for once more.

    Everything else works fine.

Because the SPA112 is behind a NAT, I put the nat keep alive and mapping nat on Yes. The nat keep alive message and destination is by default $notify and $proxy.

In the SIP settings I put keep nat alive at 15.

    Firmware: 1.3.3 (015)

There are other parameters to be defined?

    Kind regards

    Jos

Glad to hear that, although I have no idea how the switch caused the original problem.

Mark the thread as answered, please. It will help others to find solutions.

  • I've lost the ability to view my deleted messages. When I go to the box delete there's nothing here even if I have 500 messages in the file to remove. What is the problem with this folder

I've lost the ability to view my deleted messages in the folder.  When I select the deleted messages has nothing to do with the record, even though I have 500 messages in the folder.

Go to view | Current view | Show all messages.  See if they appear then.

If this is not the case, what email program are you using?

  • When I delete a message that is part of a thread, how can Thunderbird 38.0 I delete a single message?

In the new 38.0 Thunderbird, I can't simply delete a message if I was sending and receiving messages back & forth with someone using the button answer. When I click to delete a message, it tells me that all messages in the thread will be deleted and my only options are to cancel or delete them all. How can I remove just a message from a thread?

    Thank you!

If you have your e-mails showing that "thread", you will get the issue you discuss.

So remove the threading and then delete the specific emails.
You can do this by clicking on the column header icon 'display messages '. It is usually the first column heading.

    or select "no":
    'View' > ' sort by ' > 'unthreaded.

  • Thunderbird deletes the messages from the server if I said not to do so.

I use a POP3 server and have 'leave messages on the server - until I delete"checked but Thunderbird is still deleting messages from the server before my other e-mail viewer gets it.

If my other program (from MR2ICE under OS2 on another machine) Gets the first messages, I'll see them on both machines.

If Thunderbird 'em first I don't get them on the other machine, and, when I check via webmail, they aren't there.

    Thank you.

If you want to see messages on several machines, POP is not the best choice. You choose to use POP, or is it you imposed by the e-mail provider?

I don't have a job here POP account to check with, but you can try with the option ' until I have delete ' unchecked? You doing anything with messages, such as moving them to another folder?

I've never been confident with the way that ' until I have remove the ' works; If a message has been moved out of the Inbox to another folder, and you remove it, a request to delete the message always spread on the server?

With IMAP, by moving a message to a folder in account to somewhere the IMAP server can not see it is actually a deletion; the server can no longer see the message, so syncs by removing its own copy of this message. I haven't checked through what a POP server is in similar circumstances.

How can I send voice messages in Spanish

    Hello

On your Apple Watch, after tapping on answer, press firmly on the screen, and then tap on choose language to a different language for your reply (including the dictation).

The default language for a conversation in Messages is on the same language as the active keyboard on your iPhone (in Messages) for this particular conversation. When you change the language of the keyboard for this conversation on your iPhone, it also changes on your Apple Watch.

To change the language for a chat on your iPhone (and also on your watch):

    • Lock your iPhone (press the Sleep / Wake button briefly).
    • Open the conversation with this contact on your watch and press on answer.
    • On your iPhone, press the Sleep / Wake button briefly to display the lock screen.
    • The lower left corner of the lock screen, drag upward on the Messages icon (where transfer icons appear).
    • This will open this conversation in Messages on your iPhone.
    • Press the symbol of the globe by the SPACEBAR on the keyboard of the iPhone and choose your preferred language.
      • To add international keyboards, on your iPhone, first go to: settings > general > keyboard > keyboards > add new keyboard.
    • Start typing a response on your iPhone (one or more characters), then delete (implements the choice of language of keyboard for this conversation).
    • On your watch, in the Messages application, exit the screen to answer.
    • Start a new response when this conversation - the new language will be used for dictation and short answers in this conversation.

You have corruption of dbx files.

Spend most of your messages out of the Inbox and move the messages you want to record off deleted items, and sent items. Locate the OE message store and then close OE.

Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

With OE closed, find the Deleted Items.dbx and Sent Items.dbx files and delete them. New files will be created automatically when you open OE.

Compact all folders as described below.

To avoid this in the future:

Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

  • Windows Mail is the deletion of messages

Windows Mail is getting weird - if I am in my Inbox and do a send / receive some message stressed gets permanently deleted once send / receive is complete. This does not happen all the time, about 50%.

In other moments, that I can do to receive a shipment then go to the deleted items folder and any electronic message has been highlighted in my Inbox is deleted permanently.
No deleted files are located in my deleted folder, they are not in the spam folder or anywhere.
    Any ideas?

The messages are probably get marked as read and you have probably defined it to hide read messages, so they don't show up after reading the.  Try to view | Current view | Show all messages in the Inbox.  And uncheck the chat messages.

  • Automatic deletion of messages

Our client requires a way to automatically delete messages unread a unity subscriber account after 30 days. It is a 3.3 (4) CM and a single unit 4.0 voicemail system (3). I think it would be above all a process to put Exchange, but I was wondering if it could be configured from within the unit.

Is there a mechanism that supports the automatic deletion of voice messages? If so, is there a way to selectively process messages deleted at a specified interval?

    Thanks for your comments.

Yes, see the Manager of the Message store on his homepage here:

    http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_MSM.htm

Help files and training videos out there should get you from A to B on it.

  • How can I delete the message from the voicemail from the screen of a SPA302D

I have two combined SPA302D recorded on a SPA232D basis.

My voip provider (voipfone.co.uk) provides a voicemail service.

If it does not respond to a call, it is recovered by the voicemail system.  A voicemail icon on the SPA302D with the number of messages in voice mail box.

However, I can't find anything to clear the voice mail of the screen icon.  I listened to voicemails and them deleted voipfone system, but can see no way to clear the message of the voicemail on the screen of the handset SPA302D.  I Goggled the question and searched this forum but have not found anything.

If anyone has experienced this problem or have any suggestions to delete the message?

I have no problem to implement market and of the voice of the screen as long as proper NOTIFICATION SIP are sent on the PBX side.

Thus, to intercept SIP messages between your provider and the SPA232D base station. Check thatIP NOTIFIER content S 'pending Messages: no' arrived from your provider. Ask your provider for help that if no such message has arrived - the question is not about SPA232D.

If not - paste the content of this message and reply of the adapter here. Enable syslog and debug messages and also well catch them. They are a valuable source of information and will help you/us to analyze the issue.

I assume you are using the latest firmware (1.3.3 (15) on SPA232D, 2.62 on SPA302D)

  • Duplicate voice messages - every Minute

    4.1.1 the unit

    Exchange 2003 out of area

We just had a power outage, so Exchange was down, but remained until the unit. All voice messages were stored in the UMR. We are up now, but I have a user who gets the same e-mail duplicated each minute. I had to create an Outlook rule to make it automatically deletes, but have you seen this? Any suggestions what I should do?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Stu-

I could check in the UMR server folder for the file Failed unit and see if the file is still there. The default location is c:, commserver, UnityMTA, Failed. When the unit is in mode UMR voice messages are stored here and automatically transferred to Exchange when the Exchange Server becomes operational. Although rare, messages can get abandoned here if the alias of account/is deleted in the meantime, or maybe in your case, you're stuck there. Usually a start/stop of the service AvUMRSychSvr the round is played.
