    Hello

    • What do you see on the screen?
    • It requires a username and password?

To "unlock" a computer, you simply press your ctrl + alt + delete simultaneously and enter the password of the user account.

If you are not able to enter a name (and a blank password), then press the power button on the computer.  If it does not close on its own, you may need to hold the power for 10 seconds or more.

  • Cursor and laptop keyboard is locked. Need to unlock the keyboard. (Windows 7)

I need help here. My laptop keyboard and slider are locked. When I try to connect to windows I can't enter a PW or move the cursor, so I'm stuck. I rebooted several times and tried to get into safe mode, but can not enter a password, or move the slider. If I try to connect to Lenix from a CD that works very well. All the keys and the cursor work normally. It must be a Windows problem. Is there a code I can enter that unlocks the keyboard? I saw some comments about special codes that can be used to lock a keyboard and unlock keyboards. I use Windows 7... Thank you

The problem has been resolved. I don't know how I got in the situation. The children were on my laptop, so who knows. The important thing is that I discovered how to solve this problem thanks to you.

Here's what I did. I followed the link you provided and followed the steps in 'help of last - known good configuration' and it worked. Thank you very much. Here is the link.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows7/using-last-known-good-configuration

    1. Remove all floppy disks, CDs and DVDs from your computer and restart your computer by clicking on the button start , by clicking on the arrow next to the button stop , then clicking on restart.
    1. Do one of the following:
    2. If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you need to try again by stopping and restarting your computer.

    • If your computer has more than one operating system, use the arrow keys to select the operating system you want to start, and then press F8.

    1. In the Advanced Boot Options screen, use the arrow keys to select last known good Configuration (Advanced), and then press ENTER.

    2. If your computer has multiple operating systems installed, use the arrow keys to select the operating system that you want to start using the last good known Configuration, and then press ENTER. Windows will then resume starting normally.

  • Locked slides change to unlocked.

Locked slides change to unlocked when branching in quizzes returns the user to a previous slide.

The presentation locked slides to apply users to listen to the narration before you can advance to the next slide. Quiz in the middle of the presentation takes the user to a previous slide, gave an incorrect answer. When the user returns to the previous slide all slides become unlocked, leaving the user to pass directly at the end of the presentation. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Any comment is appreciated.

    Hello

You experience the behavior is because the slides are locked only when seen for the first time. The views of the slide are not locked, and the navigation controls are not disabled when you display for the second time.

For more information about changing the properties of the slide, see link - https://helpx.adobe.com/presenter/using/editing-presenter-presentations.html#change_slide _ properties

Also since you want learners to navigate the slides a second time so you can hide the PlayBar on all slides or according to your requirement, using drag handler as in the screenshot below.

(Note: hide PlayBar only works for the SWF output)

  • When I installed 10 windows on my mac, I accidentally deleted the MacOS Partition. I made a new D: drive partition in Windows 10, but when I go to the restoration of the internet and try reinstalling Mac, it says that the disk is locked. How to unlock thi

So basically, I downloaded the ISO of Windows 10 file and installed using boot camp. During installation, I accidentally formatted the Mac OS partition and replaced with the windows one. Now, I'm trying to reinstall Mac OS using the internet retrieval feature. I partitioned a new D: drive named OSX, and there is no data on the disk. I then click on reinstall Mac OS. I try to select the disc of OSX I partitioned, but it says that the disk is locked. Anyone know how to unlock the drive or should I do something else?

    Thank you very much

    CJ

I think one of the problems might be that my Windows partition has replaced the C: drive where was the OSX partition. I tried to move the Windows operating system on a drive b or e :), but it won't let me. Let me know if this could be a problem too.

    Hi bascus8180,

You can try to do a system restore to a date that precedes the question started by booting from a DVD of Windows 7 and check to see if it helps:

  • Why a popup window that says my computor is locked and cannot be unlocked by my password

When I go to my computor, a window pops up saying that my computor is locked and can only be unlocked by using my password that I do not have.

You probably got in place so that it automatically at startup and insert your password.  The likely reason you have this lock w / password problem is that you have set up a screen saver and checked the box "on RESUME, Password Protect."  To verify, right-click on an empty space on the desktop-> properties-> Screensaver (tab) and change the password protection checkbox.

Even better, once you are on your computer, go to the 'Users' Panel and change your password to something that you will remember.

    Hello

    ·         What program Antivirus do you use?

This problem may also come from Virus/Malware infection on the system.

I suggest you to run the Microsoft Safety Scanner and check if that helps resolve the issue.

The Microsoft Security Scanner is a downloadable security tool for free which allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malware. It works with your current antivirus software.

    Note:

The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

  • Impossible to unlock BitLocker fixed-drive.

    Hello

    I use Windows 7 RC.

    I encrypted fixed 2 drive (E :) & (e :))

Drive (f) works very well with the Bitlocker feature lock / unlock.

At the time of the drive encryption (E :) my laptop is out the battery and the encryption did not 100%.)

After reboot I had no chance to continue the drive encryption (e :))

Then I tried to unlock the drive (e), I command you to unlock, it asks for a password, after providing the password the computer freezes and the drive does not open. The size of the disk is 30 GB.

I tried the command prompt to unlock, but it is not possible.

Please help me to unlock the drive or retrieve the data in the drive, it is very Important for me.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Locked computer login screen

While on vacation my kids entered the password too often incorrectly.  Now the computer is locked. I tried to rest the password but have an audit of the 2 step.  Now I have to wait 30 days to receive an email from Microsoft reset.  I went to the advanced specialist cat and they said I have to wait for the rest of the 28 days to get help from them.  I want to just my unlocked computer screen so I can access my resumé.  The specialist of the tip referred me to this forum to see if I could get any help here!

    Hello

This is what Microsoft says about the forgotten passwords.

"What to do if you forget your password Windows 8/8.1"

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/what-do-forget-Windows-password#1TC=Windows-8

If you have forgotten your Windows password, there are several ways to recover or reset:

    • If your PC is on a domain, your system administrator must reset your password.

    • If you use a Microsoft account, you can reset your password online. For more information, see the Web to reset your password page.

    • If you use a local account, use your index of password as a reminder.

If you've tried these suggestions and still unable to connect:

    • If you have Windows 8.1, you will need to reinstall Windows.

    • If you have Windows RT 8.1, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your PC.
