  The other day I posted a question that I find my software to bury disc that came with my computer by default, CyberLink Media Suite.  But I found that it doesn't have the ability to burn videos to dvd disc.  I am interested in upgrading to another software that does.

  When I go to programs and features, here are the items that I have installed in what concerns CyberLink Media Suite.

  Cyber Llnk power 2 8 GB

  Cyber Link Power Director 10

  Cyber Link Power DvD

  Getting to the point.   During the uninstallation of CyberLink what I have to remove all the above mentioned features and whether my drive will read the new installation disc to install the new program.  It is after the couple disappeared.  Or maybe leave Cyberlink suite installed and adds the new program with Cyberlink and uses each side by side.   I thought Nero Platium 2015.

  For some reason I can't explain, I can't get the Cyberlink Media Suite to open.  There was an update from HP for Cyberlink which I did.  I did a reboot and still not bring the multimedia suite to open.

  Solutions?  Links?  Thank you!

  I just figured that this is.  Somehow the file .exe for the entire suite was on the desk.  I found individual components in programs that were already installed.

  Apparently the update download wound up on top of the office.

  Problem solved!

  My laptop was running 64-bit Windows 8 and then I updated to Windows 10 64 - bit.  After a few additional updates. I ended up losing my Cyberlink Media Suite. I have the original recovery disks.   10 Windows by default is not program DVD available on your previous operating system. If you want you must buy it from Windows App store to access the functionality of dvd playback.

  Yes. I have herp derped a bit on this one. I went through my laptop and uninstalled everything that looked like bloatware and unfortunately for me, I had never heard of cyberlink powerdvd I removed it until after that. is it possible that I can get that back?

• BlueRays disks will not play the HP Envy 17 with Windows 8.1 and Cyberlink Media Suite and Power DVD

  DVD will load successfully and play, but BlueRays won't, even if this computer has a BlueRay player and Cyberlink software to play.  It recognizes the title of BlueRay, seems to load the disc then returns to the initial screen and does nothing.  When I click on play, Cyberlink application if I want to restart or resume playback.  Either select the button comes back to me early in the process.  Any suggestions?

  I accidentally uninstalled Windows Media Player from my Windows 7 Professional 64 bit software.  I had a chat with Microsoft's response line and they would help only if I purchased a support package for $99 or $149.  No thanks.  But they sent me a suggestion to look in Windows features to see if it has been disabled.  This isn't my problem.  The program is gone now - uninstalled, deleted registry entries.   I wonder if I get get that he downloaded from Microsoft no additional (or nominal cost) or elsewhere.  The extent of the "elsewhere" is concerned I googled until, until my fingers fell.   Make sure that WMP is not already loaded. Right-click on taskbar - Task Manager - tab - process
  Search for wmplayer.exe - to COMPLETE the PROCESS in this regard.

  Choose your model of laptop. Be sure that you will select one that suits (check the number of PAxxx). All the info you can found on sticker placed below. Just download driver NVIDIA and install it. After doing this, everything should be as it was before.
