• Menu accordion without closing the point selection (Mobile site)

  Hi, I am building a site with an accordion menu for scroll a page navigation. The menu works very well because it is closed at the start and goes down on the press to reveal navigation, however once the user selects the item they wish to naviagte to the menu still expanded. Preview of Muse, it's working properly, the accordion of closing, once an item is selected, but in-situ (the site is hosted on BusinessCatalyst), it does not work. I tested on Android and Iphone using the chrome and standard browsers, none of them work as expected. The site is here: www.cordellhouse.com

  I'm afraid it's an incompatibility between an extract of the Muse and the 'real world'. The menu accordion is not destined to become a menu collapse, with the obvious behavior of allowing users to select and navigate. As a matter of fact, in a situation where users would read major texts in an accordion, they wouldn't be happy to close automatically when you navigate to the page. Only refreshing or revisit the page requires the accordion to close itself.

  The only workaround I can think of, is to make it clearer to the user to manually close the menu. (Use an 'x' or something.)

  This is a bug. This bug occurs because we are expanding the accordion horizontally in this case, but the browser does not take account of the rotation, the accordion has and adds space below the accordion. We have then to realize that and adjust the page to be exactly what the browser height.

  Unfortunately until that face us a difficulty, only workarounds in this case are to be awarded at the height of the page to be something bigger than the height of the browser (so Sicky footer is not necessary to calculate the height of the page) or to disable the page property of Sticky Footer entirely (box Page/Site properties under the Page width and height Min entry boxes).

  Hi, I'm not familiar with Linux, but this does not work in Windows, so it can help to point you in the right direction: you can change the number of tiles on the new tab in the zoom Page forward or back.

  You can also keep the same zoom setting when a new tab is clicked: Type Subject: config in the address bar, press ENTER, accept the warning, scroll to browser.newtab.preload and double-click on it to change the 'value' of true to False.

  It is also possible about: config to change the maximum number of tiles, scrolling to the browser.newtabpage.columns (or Rows), then right-click > modify to set a new number of 'value '.

  As an alternative, you might like to try the add-on new tab tools.
