  My account has a kind of parental block on it.  I can't change my "friends".  My account has been hacked by a person and a bunch of friends said that I have not or use, with names/Arabic text.  I deleted the email addresses of pirates and added my laptop, but I have not been able to remove the parental block.   I'm 37 and my parents have no access, authority over, or understand, my email address.

  A few weeks ago, when I tried to log in My Windows Live Hotmail, this message appeared: "your account has been blocked."
  I recall my password and secret answer to the question.
  When I tried to reset my password, using the secret question, I was able to change my password, BUT when I tried to connect using the new password, the same message appeared "your account has been blocked."
  I don't know what to do to recover my account.
  I wasn't able to find any help so far.
  I also have access to the computer, I am registered with Windows Live but I had reinstalled windows on it and the name of the PC is no more the same.
  I got tired who use this way... but not luck... :(

  I have my Hotmail account that has been blocked since July 18, 2001, because he was hacked and used to send spam.

  When I found it blocked I asked to change the password I have fact but and when I tried to sighn again once he asked me to change my password.
