• "Hyperion" menu item does not appear in Excel after the Installation of SmartView

  Hi all! When I installed first SmartView, everything was ok - menu item "Hyperion" appeared in Excel and I have established the connection to planning and has worked with the data in Excel with success. Then, once I got to select all the data passing through Ctrl + A, in the form of data open in Excel and tried to copy it to a different worksheet in the same workbook, Excel threw a message about a serious error and informed me that the add-on of Hyperion would disappear. So it has been removed actually. When I reinstall Smart view, the installation went well but the menu item "Hyperion" did not appear in Excel again. I tried to reinstall Excel both SmartView and restarted the system several times, but still the Hyperion menu item does not appear in Excel. Can someone me hint on how to solve this problem? • Messages arrive, but the "Inbox" or any other folder open even if the content still there (and almost all the menu items do not work)!

  Using last Thunderbird on Windows 7. Had problems with the operating system and had to use a system restore. When I opened TB, it displays the folders in the left pane, but the credits of "Thunderbird Mail-...» "and the 3 topics: E-mail; Accounts; and advanced features. None of the files would open. I used the "Search messages" function and has been able to show existing and new messages in the 'Inbox '. Also wanted to know if files are always in my 'profile'... and they were all there where they should be. (And almost all the menu items are disabled).
  I wonder if I need to reinstall Thunderbird... maybe the OS issues this morning - and restore - have corrupted or damaged key elements of the program?

  System Restore is not always a very good thing for applications.

  Reinstall is unlikely to help. But if your accounts are all imap and that you do not have a lot of other data (address book, for example) in Thunderbird, you could start from scratch.

  Now that I see your code, it makes sense. The reason why it does not work the way you had it before, it is that you are actually getting an error when you run the application. The error is because not all of these menus actually exist in the runtime environment. Thus, the function to delete the Menu items generates an error, and the rest of the code is bypassed. The example removes simply all of the menus, and no error is generated, since only the menus that actually exist get deleted.

  I have a JavaScript that contains a function of confidence with a SOAP operation inside the confidence function.

  This function is inside a folder level script.

  When calling this function to a menu item, it works fine.

  When I try to add and call this function from a button or a Signature field to the title of JavaScript execution when signed, it will not work and I get an error message.

  I'm having a problem with the Display Options menu and screen Mode.

  I think I would try to restore on your first InDesign preferences. I doubt that the operating system has a lot to do with it. Except for the problem of alignment when using multiple screens, I don't have not seen a lot of problems related to the OS.

  When you customize my Start menu in Windows 7, I chose to 'Display as a Menu', as many items as I could.  It worked well for a while, but now is broken. Now, if 'Display as a Menu' or "Display as a link" is chosen, I have to click the item to open it.  I tried to change it back in 'menu' to 'bind', I tried choose "display only" and then back to "view in the form of a menu, I rebooted. I changed the delay of menushow definition in the registry by default 400 for as little as 20.  All to nothing does not.  Any ideas?

  FYI for those who might encounter the same problem... found an easier solution.  I just put the menu start failing. The button is at the bottom of the start menu.

  I am trying to solve a problem, a user has with Bridge CS3. Several selections in the menu 'Tools' have disappeard (not gray out, but actually missing). What he seeks is the Board Contact InDesign command. He used to have them, and now they are gone. I compared my preferences with his and they are identical. He is running Tiger and I'm on Leopard.

  Here's another weird thing. My version is 2.1.1.9 and its 2.1.0.100. Yet when I run the software updates and the Adobe update on his computer, he brings back that everything is up-to-date. • Menu item "Available networks" appears not-Windows XP.

  After a few years of use, all of a sudden my wireless stop working. When I follow the instructions of Windows and go to control panel / connections network and Internet, Microsoft Help guidelines say connect to wireless network, under available networks, click the wireless network to which you want to connect.

  But there is not 'available networks' showing. There were once! I used it, the PC has hung up, I rebooted and that you have not been able to connect from.

  I looked for answers here and haven't seen those who specifically say that the menu item is not displayed.

  If you do not see the list of available networks, your wireless network card may be cut or broken.  Many laptops have a switch that turns off the wireless radio.  Maybe it's a physical switch or a key combination (e.g. Fn + F2).

  If it is external, what is its brand and model?

  If it is integrated, what is the brand and model of your computer?

  Open the Device Manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc > OK)
  Expand the network adapter category by clicking on the +.

  Right-click on the entry of your wireless adapter and select Properties
  What appears under the "device status"?

  You call system.exit() in the Builder before entering the EventDispatcher. I'm guessing that you add the menu item, but leave the application, and when the menu item is called it is more a reference to the context of the application and decides not to continue. The menu item will not remove itself when the application closes.

• Aligning menu items not properly

  I use a horizontal menu of the Widgets Library. For some reason any menu items do not align correctly. I messed up with the line height, padding, spacing and even try to manually move them without result. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

• Impossible to create buttons of Menu Item list in forms - does not work!

  I need desperate help since I was stuck on these 2 days and I can't move forward!

  I am trying to create a pdf using Acrobat 9 pro and Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES form. Since I am new to this, I spent review through many sites, forums and tutorials to learn about it. So far, I was able to create the forum with text fields, etc... I try to have a column in my pdf form where users can simply copy/paste icons image here... I had trouble with this already and you have done a lot of research in google. At the end of the day, I thought I better try to use the tool "stamp" for this instead of the image field. So that's what I did:

  (1) I've already placed the image icons (i.e. users will be copy - paste) on my pdfs so users can simply click on it to select the image.

  (2) I added a new background to this form, which is the abbreviation for the function "copy" menu item. I mention this button 'copy' and to that button, I added the following to "Mouseup" javascript code

  (3) then, I created another button that I called 'paste' and that the latter running the menu "Paste clipboard Image as Stamp Tool. This button has the following javascript code:

  I thought that after doing the above, the user should be able to click on one of the images in the pdf file, and then click the "copy" button and in the end, click on the 'Paste' button which will work then action if the user can eliminate this copied image to where ever they want in this file. But this isn't the case! I have no why? Nothing happens when you click on these buttons. I made sure that the 'features extended in Adobe Reader... "is enabled and also tried running the javascripts on my console window above to test it and I know that the actual javascript code is not at fault since these works functions when I try the code through the debugger window. But I just can't understand why these menu item functions do not work when you click on the buttons I created! I do not know if what I have done is correct or if there is an easier way to achieve what I'm trying to do! Its a shame there is no easier way for users to copy and paste pictures to columns in pdf forms.

  the two actions will work from the console (ctrl + j in Acrobat) javascript but not inside a form. It is a security restriction.

  Most of the menu items can not be called via Javascript, because Acrobat/Reader does not support the Javascript code in a form.
