After searching online, I did the start > run > Winver and he says I have Service Pack 3.   I found more information. Looking in my history of update for automatic updates, all 4 of these updates failed have the same error Code which is: 0 x 80070663.  I don't know if this info helps solve this problem or not, but that's it.
